Very satisfied. Hotel offers great value for money. Short convenient drive to the airport.

The receptionist was amazing.. such a sweet person. She was quick, helpful and made me feel at home. The hotel was great.. modern, air conditioning and clean.

Air-conditioning- critical during the heat dome! Breakfast was overrated, especially for vegetarians but good coffee

I had to climb stairs and I am 73 with my luggage The room is not very attractive But most important there is misleading advertizing I choose the hotel because it was stated old town: very far from it I choose the hotel because there was a SHUTTLE… and when I called I was told no shuttle and that the taxi was 19 euro… it was over 40 euro!!!! But the staff was nice and smiling

Only one night there,had to leave very early for flight.Restaurant not open in evening,not much of anything around the hotel.

The hotel was dated but clean with parking outside. The receptionist was very helpful sold us bus tickets into town and explained where to get on and off the bus. Just 1.10 euro each way. Breakfast was plentiful. Great location for visiting Bratislava.

Clean. Friendly staff. Laundry service. Excellent breakfast! Lots of towels and hot water for a soak in the tub. Very close to bus stops. Walkable to restaurants and grocery shopping. Quiet area. Great place to stay 👌

Very good hotel For that price Everything was good Except the bed Bed was too small The room was big enough to put bigger bed in there. But I don't know why they chose that small bed

While some staff were pleasant and ready to help, others were rude and unhelpful. Asked for assistance with a light that was permanently on in the room. Was told ‘it will be dark when you close your eyes’. On the last day I was locked out of my room, 2 hours before check- out as I hadn’t yet paid the city tax. I was told at check in, I could pay when I checked out. Room was basic. Water was luke warm in the shower. Pillow was a thinly spread collection of lumps. Asked for an alternative, it was in a similar condition. Slept using my hoodie as a pillow. As a gold member I was told I would receive 2 free drinks at the hotel. That was not the case.

Nice and clean property, close to several bus stations. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel during my vacation. All receptionists and staff very pleasant and helpful answering any questions regarding transportation and sights to visit. Hotel is very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. I will revisit again in the near future.

I found this hotel absolutely wonderful; it has everything in excellent condition, it is quiet, very safe, very clean, the room is large and tastefully decorated and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely return.

The staff would not change my booking date when I made booking for the wrong date.
