Nice place. Nothing exciting but very convenient to bus station

Room and facilities very clean. Bed way too soft and pillows of poor quality.

Entire property was clean and well kept. Staff efficient and courteous. The convenience store on site was helpful. Love the kitchenette. Especially refrigerator with freezer. Quiet.

Great room, kitchenette, toaster & blender too, tv with many channels. Rooms cleaned well every day, great staff. Lovely pool & hot tub, towels supplied. Breakfast included. The downside was bad internet, spotty in many areas, rooms, on various levels, lobby & restaurant. It would drop off or not work ag xll.

The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The hot tub was not working so kind of disappointing. Great to get breakfast in the morning!

Loreto is a quaint wonderful town and the people are friendly and worldly. The hotel is pleasant and nice as well as the staff , we appreciate the kind and professionalism that this hotel offers it’s guests

The hotel and staff service was great. My only two issues were the WiFi signal in my room was almost not existent, I had to step outside by the pool area just to do basic stuff online, and the water temperature for the shower was barely warm didn't matter at what time, but overall it wad good, I always stay at this hotel when going to Loreto

Had a wonderful stay. The penthouse was beautiful. Majority of the staff were extremely friendly, but a couole were rude to my daughters and I.

Clean room. Nice hotel staff. The restaurant staff seemed not to value customer service. For gringos anyway. We waited extra long for orders, and had to ask twice for our coffee and food.

The room was cozy. The only problem was the lack of hot water from the faucet. I had to take cold showers.

The TV is all in Spanish and while we agree that this is Mexico, a high percentage of guests are English speaking travelers. The two double beds in room125 are very very very poor. Wayyy too soft. No support what so ever. We love it here, but this time around things were less tan great. The free breakfast would be better presented as a$5 discount on food as the “free” meal is worse than the paid breakfast of the same type.

The place is full of amazing employees. The wi-fi is not the best but it’s ok we want to explore the town. Washer and dryer are next door approx $9 to wash two loads. Restaurant has great food. Would definitely come back.

Staff at the check in was nice. Restroom fan is too loud and no option to turn off. If you turn off the lights turn off. Bed was ehhh. Staff was nice at the restaurant for complementary breakfast but food took almost an hour to come out. You have 3 option choosing one. Clients coming in not from hotel would get served first even after ordering after. If the hotel has an agreement with the restaurant the. We too are customers and we still left tip and the waitresses did do well.
