Room was very dated cigarette burns in the lino light didn'tworkinbathroom! Linens definitely need new! We stay in Prince George at Canada's Best nothing the same! So sad

Very run down motel. Room was dirty and neglected. Paper thin blankets on bed, we froze throughout the night. TV didn’t work, lightbulb in lamp flashed like a horror movie. No hot water in bathroom, barely warm. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but asked for a refund for the 2nd night and checked into a different hotel. Staff was friendly.

Front desk was nice , road noise was a lot .

Starting woth the property, bedsheets were dirty, sink was not in an order with other issues, Someone somehow managed to get inside the car at night and took lot of stuff including passports thankfully police found it and we got it back in the morning. Seems to us this property needs 24/7 security and area is not safe for a stay.

Checked in with ease. Found the first night a bit noisy with a busy roadway in the front of the complex. The manager graciously looked after a booking mixup for the second night and we were relieved. Had breakfast at the restaurant in the complex which was excellent. Would stay again can’t go wrong with the price. This is for housekeeping to put 1 fitted sheet and 1 regular instead of 2 fitted sheets, thanks.

Beds were good, room was dirty.

This was by far one of the grossest places we’ve ever stayed. Our feet were black from the floors, the bed was broken in the family suite, there were blood stains on the bedding, the shower was awful. The outside wasn’t terrible, but inside the room was disgusting. We left at 5:30am just to get out of there

I left 2 minutes after checking the sheets had dark stains on them. I will never be coming back , the staff very friendly

I am wanting this message to reach the GM Pinder Banipal. I had booked a 2 night stay in Kamloops through Expedia, choosing the "pay at location" option. Upon arrival I provided my identification and credit card. The girl working front desk attempted to tap my card and authorize payment of the $175.50 without my knowledge or consent. When I questioned the noise coming from the point of sale machine behind the desk and outnof my sight and the tearing off of receipts from it I was provided the "not approved" slips. I do not have tap payment authorization on that card for reasons such as this. I reminded the staff that I needed to enter the pin and authorize payment personally. I was able to forgive this as a possible learning issue. Upon arrival at the room it was immediately evident that there was remaining soap scum and chunks in the bottom of the tub and hair on the tub surround wall. With the entire experience we no longer wished to stay in the motel and received a refund, booking at another location. I do not recommend this property.

There was no dial tone on the telephone in the room. There was only 1 garbage bin, which was in the bathroom and no recycle bin in the room.
