The room was clean, and the location was convenient for a trip to the airport. Overall, some updates would help. The shower was extremely small in a very large bathroom. The electrical outlets were oddly placed and loose in the wall. Overall, we got a good night’s sleep in a quiet neighborhood.

The property is in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming to my cats. Great experience! But if you are someone who needs everything to be like a five-star hotel you might not like this as it is very basic. I personally love it. The cleanliness is great as well.

This was a clean basic stay, the window and shower are areas that need improvement in room 108. First, the window does not close completely and remains unlocked and the vertical blinds do not close all the way. Second, the bracket which holds the shower is broken off so you have to hold the handheld shower while in the shower. Also, the curtain rod for the shower is just spring loaded against the wall, and because of the length of the curtain, the rod is less than six feet from the base of the shower - I am 6'3" and had to duck to get into the shower.

Avoid this place! Decaying rotting-away doors, poor bathroom, terrible noise from the reception hall (noisy guests and noisy staff), noisy street and back yard parking place. Noise coming from all directions. If you have a layover between flights and need a place to stay - this is the worst choice you can make. If is very expensive too. Way overpriced. Staff is friendly. The entire place is worn-down, old, smells like a cellar and cold. Bed sheets had remnants of food (breadcrumbs) from the previous guests.

Closer to the airport (10 min) … just for a night to continue our journey- the neighborhood is ok!! Safe , with some restaurants around

Perfect place to stay the night before flying home

Good value for the money. I chose it as it was walking distance from the airport.

Not a VIP place. But clean, with great service and many good places to eat around.

Good location. Close to the metro to go to airport. I spend time to find the way to warm up the room. No information inside. Clean places. Flay rate taxi 20e to airport. The metro wasn't open.

If you have an early flight, there is no public transport, you have to organise a taxi. It's not cheaper than staying in the city. The bed was uncomfortable and the extra blanket didn't look to clean. We heard our neighbours arrive, they most probably heard us leave. They did organise a taxi that was early. The 24 reception was not always manned, so the front door was left open!

Shower head is broken. Old slim towels. No toilet paper. Window doesnt close. Not worth 100 $ that I paid. Not even pne paper cup or glass. Will not be there again

Location and a nice breakfast

Nice place in a nice town. It has what you expect of a hostel; air conditioning, clean sheets and private bathroom, at a low price. Perfect to go to Barajas airport!

Stayed over for a few hours as I arrived at midnight and my connecting flight left at 7 am, I wish I had stayed at a bench at the airport. There were hairs on the blankets, the bedroom was cold, the mattress felt worn out and was way too soft (although this is always up to personal preference), the bed was squeaky, the electrics looked dodgy and unreliable, I was not given any wifi code (went out to reception to ask, waited around for a while and no one ever came). I could hear noises from other rooms, snoring, TV's, talking. All that in the few hours I was there! It has a dire feel to it and I definitely think it is overpriced.

Very basic accommodation. Bathroom not clean. Bed was comfortable though. Ok if you want a cheap place to sleep. My ground floor room had shuttered windows onto a rear car park. Shutters did not lock so no security at all for items left in room.

The hotel was quiet and you could sleep. There is no hair drier in the room.The room is worn out and needs updating

If you are looking for a cheap hotel with air conditioning, this is okay. Not particularly great. Staff cannot speak English (or don't want to). Cockroach in room one night, but that could be just bad luck. I was attending a conference, where the conference hotel was the Airport Hilton. Much nicer, but 4x the price. I may stay again if I return to the conference next year, but I'd be indifferent about this or any other cheap alternative.

The room was full of mould, I had to move - they were helpful. This hotel is old, badly decorated and needs major refurbishment.

Did the job. Was extremely basic and run down. Shower had no holder and curtain didn’t cover. Bathroom door didn’t stay closed.

Great place near the airport great area for drink and food.
