We glad ro stay here because of the surrounding is lively area till late at night.

The hotel even looks old, but still managed very well. The front office can speak English well. Breakfast good. Near shopping area, just walk around 10 min to see shanghai bund.

The staffs are friendly, front desk staffs are able to speak english quite well. Room was clean, modern with bathub. Location was great, close to exit 4 of east nanjing road station. Walking to nanjing road took about 5 minutes top. Overall OK hotel in shanghai city.

Lokasi bagus sekali, dekat metro station line. Selangkah ke Nanjing road. Dari airport Pudong ambil line hijau trn di Nanjing road east jalan kaki dekat sekali. Hotel bersih dan besar. Akan kembali lagi.

The hotel is unsatisfactory because we check in at 14:30. When I entered the hotel room, I hadn't cleaned it, how come the hotel was at a 4-star level, the management was in shambles with no coordination. Forced to wait another 15 minutes to be cleaned.

The shower in the bathroom flows strong, likes it and can adjust the heat. Okay. Housekeepers come to set up the bed. Fill up the water and clean the room every day. If staying overnight at another place, luggage can be left at the hotel. And check back later Service staff and helpful.

Friendly hotel and staff. The location is very close to Nanjing Road, Shanghai Metro train, Family Mart, KFC, Yoshinoya, and several eating places. It is quite suitable for a 4 star hotel. (In close proximity to stars. 5) I think it is only opposite the Sofitel hotel (star hotel. 5) and Grand Central (star hotel. 5). clean room size also large lack of just one WiFi in the room less fast. But for comfort and cleanliness enough can be appreciated. If I go back to Shanghai, my family and I want to stay here again.
