Stayed in December during our visit to Pairi Daiza and Brugge. We stayed in a clean, spacious room and if you didn’t get it cleaned for a day you’d get a bar voucher. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. We got to breakfast quite late in the morning so lots of the food had run out. Managed to catch the smoked salmon on one out of the two days. There’s a do it yourself egg station for boiling eggs which I thought was quite cute, but you must keep an eye on your egg so no one nabs it lol! The restaurant is closed on Sunday, but we ate there on the Saturday evening. The server was very unfriendly and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. The food was ok, no complaints. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, but we would stay again if en route somewhere.

It was a very convenient stay for us going to Pairi daiza. Good value for money.

Accommodations are wonderful and the restaurant staff was superb.

Quite remote, in the middle of an industrial zone. But service made up for that by finding us a great local restaurant option, taxi facilities, and everything we needed for the night;

Nice rooms, great buffet

I stay here at least once a month. reception always remember my name. The only problem is the restaurant is not always open but the bar is. Food can be ordered in needed.

Nice simple hotel with clean rooms. The free breakfast buffet was much better than the dinner buffet. No other restaurants within walking distance, but I liked that it was not on the main road so was quiet.

Hotel has advertised fitness but actually they don’t have it! Lots of dust on elements in the toom! NO DINNER ON SUNDAY! Frozen pizza???? tjis is Best western???

Very handy for motorway but not anything else. The staff were extremely pleasant but sometimes could not cope with the volume of people so service dropped off.

Stayed for 1 night on the way from Ypres to Waterloo. Checked in about 9.30pm and as the hotel was full we were luckily upgraded to a suite. There were no staff at the bar or reception a little later, so had a can of beer from the vending machine for 2 euros which was the same price as a soft drink. Had the breakfast which had a reasonable selection.
