Clean environment was appreciated. Renovations were on-going during our stay, causing sleep interruption. The faucet and shower water was giving off a bad order. Water leaked from underneath the shower doors causing small . I perceived that if you buy your stay with a third party, you are treated different that if you buy it directly with them.

Great customer service and nice rooms. Walkable to the main areas and train station right across the street. Excellent customer service and very clean property.

Hotel Portobelo is conveniently located next to Juarez train station and few streets away from the cathedral. Nice and modern hotel. Room was very clean, nice comfortable bed, quiet even during outside celebrations after the Mex-S. Korea Game! Excellent restaurant options for both breakfast and dinner, really don’t need to go outside for delicious food. Staff was professional, attentive and courteous greeting guests every interactions. Will stay here again on our next visit.
