Nice and convienent location. Large room and good breakfast. It was quiet and a good spot on my trip across Poland

Overall a nice stay here, although aircon was not working and pillows were too soft.

Convenient location easy to find

Breakfast was very good, room was lovely. Guy on reception was fab. However the menu for an evening meal is very limited and service from the restaurant staff was poor (although they did have a big party going on at the same time)

Nice Junior Suite. Fixed shower head not very practical. But all in all not bad. Staff very friendly.

All good, left something behind and it took a while to get a response (2 days) but were very helpful once contact was made

The air conditioning in the two rooms we had didn’t keep the rooms cool. The front desk was nice and gave us fans and it was hard getting place to deliver food there. Property was nice the gym is very nice the pool and sauna were excellent.

The hotel wasn’t what I would class as 4 star quality . It’s very dated and quite scruffy . Rooms are very out dated and this place needs a serious make over . The staff were friendly and helpful but overall it felt dirty and not very clean but this might have so thing to do with the decor .

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The reception area was very nice as were the restaurant area and swim facilities. The rooms were a little dated which let this hotel down slightly but for the price it was a good place to stay

he Grand Royal is conveniently located off the main Berlin to Warsaw road. You pay for parking behind a security barrier. Check in was convenient and most staff speak English. The room was comfortable with a good shower. I had a beer in the bar whilst doing some work but despite his best efforts the barman could not find BBC or Sky News, I watched through my phone instead, a good mobile signal then. I used the pool, jacuzzi and sauna for which a robe is provided, as is a towel and lockers. There are massage and treatments available but may need to be booked in advance. I like to eat local food while travelling and enjoyed a Winter Salad starter and Roast Duck Poznian style. With a glass of wine this came to £17.50 Breakfast was the usual mix of continental with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon available. Pancakes and Scone Drops were a nice touch with Canadian Maple Syrup. I enjoyed my stay and will return when passing, this was my fifth trip through Poland in two months.
