I stayed here when I was in Belgium in business. The hotel is lovely and spacious as was the room. The service was excellent and the food was very good too. Lovely music playing in the evenings and large windows I can leave open while I enjoy the music and vibes.

My room had a sheer drop down some steps right from the front door and there is no electric in the room until you put slot your key in, and i dropped down those stairs and could have hurt myself. when I reported it to reception the lady found it somehow amusing. later my colleague and i were both separately berated by a member of staff about a booking not honored... we had no idea what he was talking about and it had nothing to do with us. The bed itself is perched on top of ridiculously steep stair case... crazy place. Won't return , rude staff.

Safe parking, great service and very clean hotel. Diners are excellent at the restaurant!

Greatest dinner as usual, car parked safely and next to Circuit Spa. Rooms tidy and clean, best in the area!

This is a big hotel and very busy. Hotel staff were very friendly, but at times very busy and waiting time (for lunch or dinner) could be annoying. Breakfast had a good variety, but a lot was missing because it was so busy. The town was not very nice and dining out you have to make sure you book for any nice restaurant.

Safe parking at the hotel (for circuit Spa guests a huge plus when traveling in own sportscar). Always great food, bar and breakfast options. Pool and fitness score is high and staff very friendly. A comfort room in duplex style provide more space and happiness :) See you soon again!

We were going to a concert in Verviers and this was the perfect place to spend a comfortable night.

Very unique and funky. Staff were really nice. Room was realky clean and comfortable. I wish they did not allow smokers to stand right outside the entrance door, but that seems to be the norm throughout my trip in Europe.

I was away on business and had a very late check-in. The staff were very friendly regarding what time of day or night it was. Great car park, hotel was always very clean. It was a very pleasant stay.

The a/c was broken, but the temps were great with the windows open. Our room was clean and the breakfast was a terrific European style. Staff was super friendly. It was a great stay.

I arrived late on the first night and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park can be busy late in the evening due to people visiting the restaurant, but there is more than enough spaces. I would highly recommend.

Great hotel, Lively bar and great service. Breakfast was super and having Tesla superchargers on the car park gave a perfect start to the next morning of Travel

The staff was extremely nice, the location is beautiful and lively enough where it is not too noisy nor dead, and the service was on top of the cleanliness!

The hotel was very nice. It is well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different type of rooms. The first (cheapest) was larger than the second for the dining and office space. The bed is upstairs and give a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is a bit smaller, the shower is in the tub. The second room (middle price) has less space for the office but the bathroom has a hot-tub and a separate shower. The only bad point is that there was a lot of noise until late in the night from a large dance area in the parking lot. It draws a rough crowd from the community. It is located in a temporary structure, but people come in the hallways drunk.

Very nice stay, good location with easy food and drink options. Very nice and accommodating staff.
