En hoteles.com hice una reservación, al llegar al hotel no la respetaron tuve que pagar el doble por una habitación, después por las noches no había agua en el lavabo, en una ocasión abrieron la habitación para limpieza sin revisar antes si se podía entrar mientras mi hija estaba adentro terminándose de cambiar , la última noche llegamos y en la habitación no estaban nuestras maletas preguntando en recepción según ellos ya se había terminado la estadía y para acabarla el baño no se iba bien el agua por la poca presión de verdad estos 4 días fueron de mala experiencia con ellos

The elevator was inoperable, the blinds in the room were broken and half missing, the carpet was very dirty, the lamps were broken and all the lights were suspect.

I wasn't driving

Horrible! I really did try to see the best in the special offer rate, but I ended up leaving after 20 minutes of checking in to a nearby hotel. The place is centrally located; however, it’s Run down, elevator doesn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush. I was ok with the ant on the table however, I knew it was time to leave when i killed the cucarachas and heard the mosquito buzz.

Improve cleaning

They took way to long to check me in, the lady checking people in seemed very inexperienced and once I got my room the blinds were all broken and the beds were so hard and old with old and dated sheets. Very disappointed.

Disgraceful. Excrement all around the toilet, no towels, hairs all over the very tired sheets, dirty carpets, windowsills and a shower that was unusable. We checked in, went to our rooms and checked straight back out. The hotel told us we’d get a refund and then told Expedia we’d stayed for the 5 nights. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me.

The first night, they let me know the elevator was out of service and they give me the room in the 7th floor. Is not bad but the stairs where very unsafe and dark, i have to take my phone flash light. Next day i ask for diferent room and they move me to 3 floor wich has not views at all same thing withs stairs, the third night they ask told me that they dont allow pets and my daughter have her little companion pet, thay ask me if i can lefmy dog out of the hotel i will be ok to stay. This was told me by the manager herself. I told her that in the website they allow pets, she just say no, or i can complaint to get a refund. When i stay on hotels i be sure to give nice tips to get a great service, this time that do not work, anyway i went to another hotel the flamingo where i got the service i was looking. I love it. Thank you hotel flamingo!

Horrible todo

Shower ater was cold, the head of shower broken, toilet sink was clogged and curtains are broken,they provided a tv controller but no tv in the room.

Elevator was dirty and broken, on our way to our room halway didn't even have light hadto use my cell phone light to locate room. Room was dirty had a very unpleasant smell. Roaches every where . Blinds where dirty and all broken. Hallway had a very strong unpleasant smell.
