There was a water

the staff was very rude and almost annoyed when you would go ask questions ..no ice machine in the building..you would have to go beg the kitchen to get you some..the bar closed at 9:00..the breakfast was expensive and not worth it

Breakfast was over price for the quality…the staff was not very accommodating and rude..the bar closed early .. no fridge in the room…sorry but I wouldn’t stay here ag

Staff was great. Lunch and dinner options were good, breakfast was just okay. Rooms were clean.

Horrible experience, the shower didnt work, tv volume didn't work. When i asked to speak to manager Alan i was tild he would be here monday but he was not. Would not stay here again

At first i was very happy with ny stay but i got two room & in one the shower didn't work, they tried to fix it but were not able to. My sister & her husband were not able to take a shower. The worst part was when i tried to get a compensation since i was planning to return in 5 days i was told the manager was not in & the clerk was unable to help me, very disappointing

The rooms are comfortable and the decor is ok, just quite dated. The common areas need alot of maintenance especially in the drywall soffits. The staff are helpful and overall from a value for money perspective, it was fine.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the all inclusive breakfast every morning as they offered many delicious options. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful pool while we stayed as it was under maintenance that week, but we still enjoyed our time in the sun in the beautiful courtyard area while sipping on some tasty beverages from the bar.

My room was super nice and clean. Overall great experience would definitely come back!!!
