I booked a room with a window and I was given a basement room that stunk of cigarette smoke and two tiny windows (30cms x 30cms) either side of a bulkhead. The windows let in dust and dirt from the street and also cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. When I mentioned that I had booked a room with a window, I was shown a 2/F room that should have been the one I booked but was told that I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. No thank you! The aircon worked well and the shower was nice with good pressure and hot water but the room needed a little refurbishment. Definitely not what I expected. The smoke was horrendous. My guess is that it had gotten into everything (bed, covers, cushions, curtains so it's difficult to get rid of the smell unless you rip everything out.

Booked a ‘ground floor room with window’, which had photos of a double bed. Was given a tiny single room with the toilet and shower in the room itself, just screened by the shower screen, on the third floor. However, I paid a low price, they have a lift, the room had everything I needed, the location is great and I managed to find a parking space on the next street over, so overall my stay was ok.

I stayed for 2days. hotel staff did not come to clean room, towels were worn ajd rough, tv did not work right the tube had a green color on the top half of screen. I guess it is normal for the price.

The hotel was very nice. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Location was only a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral.

Clean, nice looking hotel. Beds a little on the soft side and sore on the back. Rooms clean, with all amenities. The shower was a little small and strange, the first time we used it we completely flooded the bathroom. No breakfast which is a pity as other places included it. Neighborhood - not sketchy but not the prettiest. A bit of a walk to the city center, but a modern grocery store and a farmers market immediately nearby. Overall not bad, and would recommend it.
