Great staff and location

Very comfortable room and nicely decorated on our one night stay

The big step up - and more importantly down- in and out of the shower might be challenging for some when the stone floor and step are so wet, (the curtain hardly contained the spray). The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful with practical information about parking, etc. There was a lot of construction outside our window on the weekdays, but the noise was obviously not the hotel’s fault.

Was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent and it was surprisingly quiet at night. I had an incident that was handled very well by the front staff. Can’t thank them enough!

Good breakfast. Nice bed. The church across the street made a good landmark when walking.

Very quaint property in good location with easy access to public transport and the port area. Great bakery close by. Strongly suggest that they install a handrail in the shower as it is difficult to get in and out of and difficult if you have age and mobility issues.

There were a lot of flies in the room. The soap was expired. And the shower head was leaky.

The spa/hotel smelled so nice with great soaps/gifts to use. Luxurious beds and comfortable rooms gave us a great night's sleep. Across the street from the giant bell tower of the cathedral so it's easy to find. Walking distance to the beach (10 minutes). Fast electric car charger at the beach was convenient. Parking for hotel is just street parking (pay during business hours)

Good location and a very pleasant stay. Don't be put off by the Industrial Area if approaching from the East. Room was a bit small/too much furniture. Shower room also very "compact" Loved the quirky decoration

Super staff and customer service.

Beautifully decorated. Room is a bit tight as we have 2 suitcases, but it’s not unexpected. Street parking is easy to find and it’s free after 5:30pm till next morning.

We loved this stay! Everything was amazing and will definitely stay here again. Thank you staff for an amazing experience

Comfortable bed.

Quirky, cosy rooms, a little bit cramped; cost and traditional feel generally; excellent breakfast, simple but very good quality. Good location. No English TV channels.

The hotel is managed and decorated with care and you can feel it!

The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating at all times and especially helpful when recommending restaurants for dinner during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
