Nice hotel - but why open the gym as late as 8 o'clock.. Even the pool is open at 7.?

Everything was good

The hotel was comfy but really hot, we had to sleep with an open window. The airplanes kept a little bit too much noise. The game room was excellent, played a lot there. Enjoyed a breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay! From the extremely comfortable bed, the wonderful breakfast, or the great location, with an easy walk to all the attractions, this is a 10/10 for sure. If ever the need or plans to be back, this is the only place we would stay!

Perfect stay for our trip, very comfortable bed, perfect size of the room, very clean, breakfast is delicious and the playroom area was a very good surprise, it is big with many things to do, my daughter enjoyed a lot. Very nice pool to relax in the end of the day after long activities. Location is perfect, just 3 min walking to legoland or Lalandia.

The was a great hotel! Very walkable to the activities in the area. Highly recommend staying here when in Billund.

Nice chap on reception. Room ok Shower power on the low side Room clean No restaurant, food in fridge. There is a small bar. On site parking, free.

Nice enough hotel with pleasant breakfast. Issue is with reception, when I asked to book a further night I was told that to stay in the room I was in they could only do it through their system charging me £65 more than Hotels.com. I was told if I booked through Hotels.com, I would have to check out my room and then check back into it the next day. Excuse was the system won’t let me do it. In the end, we just took our business elsewhere

Meet by friendly welcoming staff. Nothing was a challenge and location idea for what we wanted to do. Would stay again.

From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt welcome. The front desk booked a taxi for me and arranged a breakfast to go at 4 AM. I was served by three different staff members and all were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Billund Lodge.

Friendly and helpful staff. Billund is a quaint little town. The Lodge is situated close to Lego House, local restaurants, and public transportation to and from the airport. The nearby sculpture park, which lies along the path to the city center and Lego House, makes the walk enjoyable.

Ideal location for visiting Legoland and LegoHouse. Lovely clean and modern hotel. Great breakfast and helpful staff

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Lego House and on a bus route. The Sculpture Park path it right out side the hotel and a nice easy walk. Breakfast was amazing and the pantry had a nice assortment of take away items for dinners and snacks. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay. Easy walking to all locations and even the airport. Hotel and all the staff were superb. The breakfast is amazing. Didn’t use the gym or pool however I am sure they would be excellent as well. Next time we travel to Denmark this will be our first choice.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. The pool and sauna was an added bonus to a very relaxing break. The food at breakfast was fresh, hot and there was a good choice of different foods. All in all, a great hotel, great location and very helpful staff.
