We have stayed here for the last few years & it’s always been good 👍. Clean convenient and comfortable.

Staff was extreamly helpful. Parking was good. Had a problem as only 2 eletric chargers and they were taken by non emetric cars. Had to complain to the desk. The staff were good and quickly got the cars removed. Breakfast was fresh and very good lots of choices. Swimming pool good size. Will be going back soon.

Amazing hotel with fantastic facilities Room was spacious, modern and bed very comfortable Complimentary slippers and bathrobe in the room that can be used at the hotel pool and spa and even an iron and ironing board for any last minute ironing. Great ambience & conveniently next to Winnersh train station which made it easy to head into London . We stayed for our wedding anniversary and had the best time. Added bonus of free and secure on site parking Would definitely stay here again!

I love this hotel, it’s clean with big rooms, excellent room service, bar and facilities. It’s safe and great for a stay for work or social

Everything was fabulous. The made to order French toast at breakfast was simply perfect.

Very clean recently upgraded hotel feels brand new. Facilities first class, great gym and spa.

I found the whole experience flawless, there was loads of space in the car park and felt safe getting back late as there is a door that is connected to the hotel so you are into the hotel quickly. It was so peaceful and the room was great value and the bed was really comfy. Could not fault the reception staff and would be happy to use this place again

Parking is incredible easy and the rooms are clean and quiet. Great for a good night's sleep just off the motorway.

Clean room including bathroom. Pleasant staff in both reception and waiting staff at breakfast. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely hotel. Really enjoyed swimming, too. Easy access to town centre. Bus stop next to the hotel.

Lovely hotel, great staff and we really enjoyed the breakfast and all the amenities at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was very dissapointing. a good breakfast at the facility gets you going for the day. grateful that i did not prepay for it as my friend did and they were stuck.

The food was lovely breakfast had lots of options and the dinner menu was fantastic! It was a shame we couldn’t dine in the restaurant as it was only allowed for people ordering the set valentine menu .. so we ate at the bar. The swimming pool was cold which was unfortunate. Along with staff cleaning out the drains in front of us by the showers as we swam. But the sauna and steam room and gym facilities were good along with robes to walk down in from our room. The £75 deposit per night was not exactly nice as I did say you already have my details and I didn’t want to use the mini fridge in the room and did not intend on breaking anything. If it was £75 deposit for the whole duration that’s understandable. However £150 deposit was a bit over the top seeing as we already paid over £246 pounds and the deposit took longer than the 24 hours they stated to come back.

Nice rooms, great bar and restaurant and spa facilities. Really nice staff.

A bit far from Reading and kind of in the middle of no where. Great breakfast and nice staff at breakfast. Pillows are terrible and very short and soft plus towels definitely very worn out and should’ve been replaced years ago.
