Missing towels, soap and a blinking light in the room from the ceiling device. Extra pay for parking should have been included.

Good gym equipment and pool facilities. However, no USB ports in our room. Had to borrow adaptor from front desk.

Housekeeping didn’t clean my room

The heating unit is very loud in the room and there is no way to turn off the washroom fan. I closed the door so I couldn’t hear it. The room is great, very spacious and all things needed to have a very comfortable stay for a few days. Breakfast was fantastic! Service prompt and very friendly, addressed any concerns immediately.

It was a stormy winter night, they have coffee/tea out I think 24/7. That’s a nice touch, you can park inside or out….i think it was $40, too much in my opinion. Breakfast was standard hotel free breakfast fare. The location was good to walk the downtown area.

Hot tub temp could be up a couple of degrees. Also, jets didn’t give much bubbly. Everything else was first rate.👍

Le Check-in a été le plus professionnel et sympathique à vie! Le personnel au buffet déjeuner très serviable et poli! Cependant…. Le matelas du canapé-lit était dans un état horrible (chambre 909) Un affaissement extrême au centre, des ressorts perceptible au simple effleurement du matelas et une tache répugnante… Il a été impossible pour ma grande fille de 19 ans de dormir dessus (ni pour moi d’ailleurs) j’ai donc dû la faire dormir avec son père et moi je me suis installée sur le canapé-lit 😳 Assez décevant pour une fin de semaine de la Saint-Valentin!
