Good room , fantastic professional staff

Excellent in every way!

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Very wide too. It had this kind of old furniture that really matches the atmosphere.

Gregoire was tremendous and helpful! Cute hotel. Great bar and restaurant!

We will most certainly return here! Beautiful and charming, it is in a great location to experience all of Amboise. Room #7 was spotless and spacious. Two great night sleeps. Thank you!

Staff were lovely, breakfast terrific, and our room was very clean.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful! It was a school holiday, so Taxi’s were hard to get. We walked to the hotel from the Train Station across the river. When we discovered that the hotel restaurant was booked & we would have to walk to another one, the front desk clerk actually got his car & drove us there! We very much appreciated this. This hotel is within close walking distance of 2 castles & a beautiful shopping area. The food was excellent, the hotel very comfortable & the staff were more than welcoming.

Ideal Amboise hotel. Beautiful buildings, very clean, wonderful French “feel”. Simple walk to all Amboise offers.

Wonderful place!

This property exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful room and the staff were friendly and so helpful. My husband and I decided to eat dinner at the hotel and couldn’t have asked for a more magnificent meal. It was INCREDIBLE!!

Great location as you can walk to everything. Beautiful garden that the hotel looks out onto. Bed wasn't super comfortable but everything else in the room was excellent.

Beautiful property in superb location, walking distance to all attractions/shops/restaurants. The stature of the property was not matched by the staff service levels. Breakfast was limited and challenging, albeit in a beautiful outdoor courtyard. Bar service was barely adequate. Would return for the property and tranquil setting, including the distant striking clock
