Excellent helpful staff at reception. Clean & comfortable room. Excellent breakfast

We were in assesibility room 301 and the bathroom was in poor condition. The shower flooded the entire room and did not drain. The tile on the floor and walls was in poor condition and appeared dirty/ moldy. In general the rest of the property and the bedroom were in good condition and this was a good prop with a good breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport with a shuttle service. The issue we had with the property was the noise. If you have a room above the outdoor terrace area, it is very loud. The rooms are not well sound-proofed. The hotel did its job, but it was rather underwhelming.

The room had a coffemaker but NO frige. Breakfast was excellent

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und auch der Flughafen Transfer. Was nicht gut war, nach der Ddusche war das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser. Wenn es wenigstens einen Schaber hätte, so könnte man das Wasser zum Ablauf schieben.

It has a 5 minute shuttle bus to the airport, which is nice.

All was well except for-the disappearance of the hotel airport shuttle upon our airport arrival. It is not well marked nor consistent about keeping a schedule. I would advise all tired travelers to take a taxi ( very inexpensive) and save yourselves the trouble of connecting with the “mystery “ shuttle.

Ideal and convenient for an overnight before a flight with a very useful shuttle bus.

We stayed there because of closeness to airport. Nice hotel , clean, nice staff. We had to leave to early for the airport to have breakfast. The restaurant attached to hotel was good for dinner. 3 of us 3 different dinners all good.

They are supportive everything was fine. They are not replying messages quickly. This is the only one thüng that I can say.

Spent one night before an early flight. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. No hot eggs, but fresh fruit, bread and the variety was good. Much better than expected! The shuttle was a bit confusing. It parked where cars park for drop off. It was black (in US Holiday Inn shuttles are white) and I never saw the logo, which doesn’t mean it’s not there. Luckily my friend saw it, while I was checking out a different van. It does seem to come pretty often, 15 minutes or so.

The breakfast menu was good but lacked tables at busy times particularly when a group was using the premises (A football team travelling) Booking in procedure was laborious - perhaps most could be completed in advance. the room was spotless.

Air port shuttle never came after calling for a pick up. Our shower head would not lock in position so could not rinse off well. Otherwise, hotel is close to the airport. Good breakfast.
