Best for families ; confusing lay out , difficult to find street parking, the gym only accommodates one guest at a time and must be reserved. Great breakfast!

Cannot fault the room it was better than i expected. Its a nice hotal slap bang in the middle of everything you would want to find. Only thing was asked for late check-out which the guy in reception didnt sort when we checked in so had to replan the last day on the fly. All in all will be back

Only stayed overnight due to cancelled flight. £430 for family room. This is probably because of the last minute booking, if hope so anyway. Seemed ok. Grounds were tatty and grass needed cutting in lots of places! But otherwise staff were friendly and helpful and was a quiet night considering the location right on main road

It was a good place for a quite with not too much expectation stay.

Overall enjoyed our stay at HD Parque Cristobal. Food quality and choice of options for breakfast was very good, and the main adult pool likewise was nice, clean and warm. Downside was our apartment was a little tired, bedrooms were ok, however sofa was ripped and bathroom needed some care and attention . Property advertises that car parking is available this is misleading, as they do not offer their own you have to take your chances with street parking, which whilst there in August 2023, didn't offer many parking spaces. Wouldn't say the staff are the most friendly, but overall ok.

Great hotel with plenty going on. Ideal location, helpful staff and very clean. We will definitely be back - the bungalow was great, all on the one level with sunbeds.

Jessica a at the reception was fantastic. We. Need it to change accommodation and she fidi her very best do make it happen. When reserving assure to specify for a quote and scenic location as Some bungalow have awful views.

Amazing friendly attentive staff, lovely villa’s and great location

The quality of the hotel itself was surpassed only by the staff . They were all superb and couldn’t do enough. I loved the ground floor bungalows as opposed the the ghastly tower block I stayed in last time . Only thing that might put some off is that it’s a very family oriented hotel , hence lots of noisy little ones by the pool . If that would annoy you , maybe not for you

Good Hotel

It's over priced. My friend booked another 4 star hotel nearby. Much better children facilities, and overall. The best thing about the hotel is it's on the main street. Not coming back.

It was nicely refurbished with new beds and nice wide mattresses. Everyone very nice and friendly.

Hotel is spotless and staff extremely friendly.

Really enjoyed the visit. Had a one bedroom apartment. Was cleaned daily and was spotless. Giant TV ( certainly compared with the one I have at home ). 2 pools which were at a nice temperature. Didn't use the on site bar or restaurant. Lots of nice places to go look locally. 5 or 6 mins walk from the sea.

Hotel was really nice. Felt very safe (covid 19). Maid service excellent. Beds were really comfortable, fantastic location. Rooms modern and had everything you would need. Would defo recommend and would return.
