I have probably stayed in 100 hotels including resorts. This hotel far exceeded any stay I have had anywhere as far as the staff!!!! They are super friendly and the most helpful people I have ever worked with. They help you find drivers if you need them, they are very prompt if you need something, th me restaurant is very good and with great staff. I hired a driver that left us in bolivar square and we could not find a ride, the hotel called someone for us and then called the driver while we were riding back to make sure he picked us up. The morning we checked out at 5am they literally turned the lights on in the restaurant just to make my partner a tea. They treat like they really appreciate you staying with them. It was nice and I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Great breakfast and great service staff! Many varieties of fruits at breakfast; and the soup is amazing! Was cold in the room but they gave me a heater so it’s all good. Very attentive service and huge rooms!

That staff was exceptional. The food was good quality. My biggest problem was the pool was down and this was the main attraction for me to stay there instead of somewhere else. It was down for 2 weeks maintenance and should have listed that it wasn't open. Overall a nice place just some disappointment.

One of the nicest hotel stays I have ever had anywhere in the world. Staff was friendly and welcoming and attentve, room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the nearby park and the entire experience was a pleasure. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day.

We loved staying there! It's in a great neighborhood that has everything you could need or want. The rooms are so nice and the restaurant is also really good.

Staff was EXTREMELLY nice and make me feel at home. Everybody called me by my first name, and they always tried their best to make me feel like home. THANKS SO MUCH. I will stay there again for sure.
