What an amazing hotel in a perfect location! We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. This was our first time in Porto so had no experience. From the start of our stay the hotel was super helpful, when we arrived the employee that checked us in showed us where everything was on the map and helped recommended some areas to see. The rooms were clean comfy and up to a high standard which we love to see. We had a lovely view of the Main Street. The Interior design of the whole hotel was on point. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which were both lovely, the service was amazing and the food was delicious! Also, there was prosecco at breakfast to make your own mimosas. Would highly recommend and stay here again. If I had to make a few comments for improvements, the glasses in the room weren’t cleaned during room service they were just placed back by the side of the bed and the hotel bar downstairs didn’t have any music when we had a drink in there so it was awkwardly silent. But again not deal breakers and would 100% stay here again

What a great hotel, the room was lovely, with a great shower and very comfortable bed, but it is the staff who make it, from the lovely team at reception who booked us a taxi for 5.30am and made sure we had a breakfast box because we were missing the great hotel breakfast or the lovely staff in the restaurant, who were so helpful and attentive. I would happily go back to Porto and stay in this hotel, the location is very central and the price is reasonable. We also ate in the restaurant on one night due to the heavy rain and the woodfired pizza was very good. A great option when going out wasn't too appealing.

The hotel was in a good location, the staff were great, and the layout and hotel was good, the rooms were well proportioned, clean and with a comfy bed. Unfortunately there were 2 bugbears which i deducted stars for. Firstly, the person who designed the bathroom has clearly never travelled with a another person, having a glass door across the toilet on a flimsy rail gives you no privacy with someone else in the room, it takes away intimacy, and makes things awkward. The second issue was, it took 4 requests to turn the AC off of heat mode, we had 2 days of no sleep in an uncomfortable room before they finally admitted that the AC is controlled by reception. Being sleep deprived for our first 2 days in Porto spoilt our holiday. These were 2 bugbears for me, which may not affect everyone, but otherwise everything with the hotel was really good.

It wasn't my first time in this Hotel. What I like of this hotel is the location and the room. This time my room was faced to the Brasieliera Hotel and it was soo nice. The room was spacious, clean and very well decorated. The only issue was the room temperature, at some point was 26°, was impossible to reduce it and I reported the problem but nothing was done. The breakfast is very good, you can have cold or warm or even vegan but was lack of gluten free option. What is very good also is the public car park close that it makes even simpler to arrive by car. Overall is a great Hotel and everytime Im in Porto its my choice.

We dropped in for the breakfast buffet. Standard hotel buffet type offerings. Very expensive. Breakfast for two cost $70 Canadian dollars. The concierge was very helpful but service in the restaurant was poor. It was very difficult to get a servant's attention.
