Second time to stay at this resort. Huge property fairly well maintained. It has a lot to do. Plenty of bars and activities. It even has a shopping center on property. The food could have been better is my only gripe but there are plenty of dinning options.

Buffet was gross, cold items left out for long periods. Roped into sales presentation for 3 HOURS! Not enough golf carts to get around the place- it was huge! Reservation restaurants were also not great. Best place to eat was the burger shop or grill on the beach. Bottom shelf liquor. Room was clean. Staff was not very helpful when asking questions- sorry I don’t speak Spanish. Shopping mall was OK- VERY OVERPRICED! Bag of chips was 17 dollars! Not coming back

Amazing resort with tons of wildlife out and about. Really beautiful.

They only complaint I have is the people on the beach trying to sell you things

Beautiful location. Amazing property and facilities. Food was excellent. Lively entertainment programme. Brilliant transport system around the resorts (Train...golf carts). Jump on and off throughout the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty swimming pool

The food is good..fresh fruit juice..a lot of food and the pool is fantastic except jacuzzi doesn’t work

I wished the coffee stations will be at lobby along with water before 8am we are traveling early in the morning for tours and I really would appreciate have them in the lobby plus coffee in the room was not very good! Other than that everything was great this property is really well maintained- very clean! Food was very good! Activities for kids very well organized! My kids loved it!

II've had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar resorts on several occasions. The staff consistently provided excellent assistance throughout my stay. Food was enjoyable and tasty. Property and beach was well-maintained and nice.

Clean room, food was great (basic), pool was great and staff were great. Cons: they push membership and excursion sales people are lie about prices.

Plenty of food options, there are restaurants on premises but some of them require pre bookings.

Staff was amazing! Overall cleanliness was good. The pools were amazing. Could have used more trashcan areas, more places to get napkins and this kind of supplies and a few more benches along the path.

Great customer service and very helpful

Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. The only problem, you had to walk to the next resort if you wanted to eat before 8a. Several of the restaurants were open only certain times of the day, the majority of food places you have to make reservations for. The concierge were very little help. They keep pushing the timeshare and telling you to use the app for everything. Even calling for a spa treatment you have to use the app. They won't book it for you. Resort prices are absolutely inflated, $90 sunscreen at the spa. So pack your own. Even the tipping at this resort was weird, gave a bartender $20, no response. Tip the servers, it was like whatever. Just felt weird. You definitely do alot of walking. The theater is very good, live singing & dancing trying to keep you engaged. Pool is very large, but there is a section of the pool that is for members only, again trying to force the timeshare again. But overall we were happy, and if you need transfers from airport to resort use usa transfers, absolutely great on time and have a real time location. Rivas & Vega were our drivers, van was clean, cool and drinks were cold.

On the whole, the food was okay. However, the temperature of the food could improve and the fruits were bland. Pool area is lovely and what's not to like about a beautiful beach and the ocean. The wildlife is awesome and the flammingos strutting through the lobby are hilarious! Our room was clean and neat. The staff were all friendly.
