Accueil vraiment sympathique et très souriant! Hôtel super bien situé, décoration intéressante. Chambre petite mais bien aménagée, confortable et propre. Le déjeuner était tout à fait correct.

The room was small but adequate and spotless as was the bathroom. The staff were gracious and the location absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

My five star rating reflects the two star standard. Negatives: no elevator but that's expected. Room small but that's expected. Positives: outstanding location central to the Old Port. Easy walking. Appropriate price. Parking is available at a nearby underground parking garage. Plan accordingly. I would stay there again.

Arrivés à 10h30, avons eu accès à une chambre avec balcon. Accueil chaleureux avec Zéna. Très bien situé, près de la gare, le quai, les restaurants (face à l’Hôtel restaurant excellent). Très bruyant la nuit, même fenêtre fermée. Le gros bémol, l’odeur dans la salle de bain et une douche avec beaucoup de moisissure, même sur les côtés extérieurs. Avons souligné ces inconvénients aux propriétaires qui nous ont assuré que les futures rénovations, une fois la saison terminée, régleraient ce problème.

This is a great little boutique hotel. The staff was wonderful - very helpful in advising us in what we should see around town. The location was great, an easy walk to just about everything. No elevator, so if you can't handle stairs it might be a problem.

Wonderful location and surprisingly quiet for being in such a central part of the city.There is no elevator so ask for a lower floor if you have bigger luggage.

Basic but perfect for a couple of nights. Great location, lovely breakfast and super helpful staff. They also let us keep luggage there so we could explore La Rochelle before travelling on. Would definitely stay again

Meilleur emplacement, a distance de marche de tous les attraits touristiques et de la gare . Le personnel de l'hôtel très accueillant et sympathique. Malgré la canicule l'air climatisé fonctionne très bien! Super petit déjeuner! Merci encore !

Great location - helpful staff - value for money!

The room was small (a couple would have to negotiate who goes where when in moving about the room) but it was lovely and worked very well for me as a single traveller. I loved the art which really sweetened my visit to La Rochelle.

We enjoyed the hotel; the staff were friendly and had a pleasant attitude. The room was clean, comfortable and we appreciated the tasteful and saucy decorations. The slight downside was having to carry our bags up and down 2 flights of stairs! Overall though we really like the hotel and the location is excellent.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent position for seeing La Rochelle. Interesting area good choice of eateries in area. Provision of ear plugs needed for some especially on a Saturday night. Downside is the taxi system deplored in the area La Rochelle but hotel managed to book one for us. Xx
