Great room, great staff! The coffee was excellent, the gaming floor was great, albeit not rewarding for me lol. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was friendly. Pool was closed on our arrival which was disappointing but did reopen the next afternoon. Housekeeping forgot our room on one of our days and we had to get towels from the front desk after we returned to the hotel that evening. But overall good for the price.

It was honestly the best place I ever stayed in. It was clean airy and I loved the bathroom products. They smelled so good. I would definitely go back again.

Still waiting for my $200 dollars, stop sending this stuff Expedia, I will not book with you again.

The rooms were super clean and beds were great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The casino is small but still feels big. It was super busy but we didn't have a hard time finding machines to use. Would return.

Loved the fact that everything is under one roof and all the amenities.

Great stay lovely room

First time at the Casino Moncton Hotel and I really enjoyed my stay and the casino. I had the Lobster dip and naan bread for supper at the Casino and it was absolutely delicious!

For the cost, I would expect more updated rooms and accessible breakfast before 10 am.

We loved having a window in our room that we were able to open, especially nice on a beautiful summer evening. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room but we planned around that. Great stay overall.

We've stayed there multiple times. Daily housekeeping, breakfast was included, liked the indoor access to casino, I did not use the pool or hot tub this visit but will on the next one. We ate in the 2nd floor restaurant since the other one was closed. Very good food and service. Last time we ate at fiddleheads ( on main floor).

We took our grandson son for a day at Magic Mountain and an evening and next morning using the Hotel pool. The pool was obviously not being maintained (very cloudy water) so they shut it down. My grandson was very disappointed as we promised him a hotel with a pool. It was recommended to us to try a nearby hotel to use their pool for a fee by one of the security guards. The lady on the front desk did not care. I asked her if there was a chance on getting some money back and she flat out said no, you booked through Expedia. I stood in front of her desk for a moment and she said you can go now. Not very friendly.

Beautiful hotel, clean and friendly staff. Pool area was beautiful and even has attached changing rooms. There is no complimentary breakfast, and no spa as advertised, unfortunately.
