The room was clean however it was small. We selected a room with a queen bed, but the bed was full sized when we got there so it was very small for both of us. It wasn’t very comfortable - it was on the firm side. The bathroom and shower are small. Again, everything was clean, but it wasn’t overly comfortable. Thankfully we were only there one night.

Overall, it was OK for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, and our studio room was spacious. However, some of the self catering amenities felt dated abd provided utensils were not fully clean. Breakfast was simple but fine. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Small rooms

The facilities were modern and in good condition. The room was a little small. The pool was quite nice. The breakfast was slightly above average. Parking was included and quite convenient. There's no elevator, so it would not be good for people who have trouble with stairs. The staff were friendly, helpful, and bilingual.

The room was clean but very tiny for two people. There is no elevator and there are very few rooms on the first floor. The breakfast room is very large and accommodating and the food and drinks are well stocked and attended. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was very small but clean no elevator for bags to room so had to carry upstairs. Got what you paid for very close distance to lots of nice restaurants would stay here again but pack less items lol

Good experience

Staff very friendly and helpful especially the young ladies on the front desk. We found our room quite small and the bed smaller than the advertised queen.....a small queen?. Definitely would look into getting elevators installed...... with the age of clients and amount/size of baggage accompanying clients. Also toilet wasn't working properly but we managed. Construction outside was definitely not convenient. Breakfast included could be updated with some hot food eggs and protein with eggs. Hotel ideal for younger ages.....abit for older people. I didn't get a chance to see or use saltwater pool. Hope comments are useful.

For the price is was a tiny dirty room that you could barely turn around in. Parking was full, neighborhood was dodgy, and the breakfast was limited. The staff were very kind and helpful though.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We stayed in the family room which was key for a family of 5. There was small mini fridge in the closet, which was useful. The shower had nice hair/body products. It was nice to have parking included! The continental breakfast was well-stocked. We would recommend!!

Bien en général. Par contre, une des plus petites chambres que j'ai vu. Déjeuner inclus, mais très de base (toasts et céréales, rien de chaud). Personnel accueillant.

The bathroom tub had pubic hair in it. There was spider web and a spider near the one bed. I think better attention to cleanliness would be helpful.

L'eau de la piscine (principal attrait pour notre famille qui avait accepté de payer un prix nettement trop élevé pour cet hôtel en raison du FEQ était brouillée et sentait le chlore même si elle est censée être au sel. Même l'enfant n'a pas voulu se tremper les orteils alors qu'il faut habituellement se battre avec lui pour qu'il en sorte. La chambre n'était pas très propre. Par contre le staff est super gentil. Et le déjeuner est minimal mais très correct.

Clean Room

Hotel was ok. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom sink was clogged. Called down to the front desk. No one came

Hotel room was outdated and needed a refresh, as some of the cupboards in the suite didn’t even have knobs. The bathroom was also in need of a renovation, with old tiles and a small toilet, very low to the ground. The breakfast was less than average, with minimal choices and no hot items. We had requested an infant crib upon booking and had to rerequest upon arrival. The most disappointing part was that the hotel pool was closed during the majority of our stay without any notice until it was already closed with a sign that it wouldn’t be opened until the next day. It was a planned maintenance matter (painting) and they did not provide any notice to guests that this would be happening so we could plan accordingly. When we told the staff about our disappointment, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. When we contacted Expedia to voice the issue, the hotel lied to them saying that the pool was only closed for a few hours not a whole day, as was the actual case. They offered no sort of refund, apology or reimbursement for the issue or to compensate for the closure. While we understand issues can arise spontaneously, with a planned closure, the least you can do is advise guests in advance. They had lots of time to post a notice or inform upon checkin. Overall, the hotel itself was fine if you aren’t looking for anything fancy, but don’t expect staff to care about your stay or any issues you report. Will be booking elsewhere next time.
