I had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Marina Hotel Connaught Place. Overall, I’m happy with the experience this was actually my second stay here, which already says a lot about how much I enjoy the property. There was just a small area for improvement regarding communication between the Reservations team and the Front Office. I had emailed and received confirmation from the Reservations team about my room upgrade, including the upgrade fee. However, upon check-in, the Front Office team did not immediately recognize the upgrade arrangement. That said, the situation was handled properly, I received the upgraded room as requested, and I paid the upgrade fee upon check-in without any issue. Other than that, everything was great. The service and overall experience were excellent. A special thank you to Vijender, Dinesh, and Akash, they were genuinely warm, helpful, and made my stay even more memorable. Looking forward to staying here again!
