Very friendly staff, good location, safe parking.

Older style hotel with many stairs to climb to get to the hotel. Parking was very limited so book ahead. Excellent staff on site. Lots to walk to and see.

The staff are warm and friendly. Easily walkable to major sights. Breakfast was fresh and the service was excellent. Arranged a shuttle service for us to the airport at a reasonable charge. Our room was very large for the three of us with vaulted ceilings. A/c worked very well and shower was adequate Only issue was street noise late at night from bars nearby. Would return and recommend to others.

Os funcionários do hotel se esforçaram muito para nos agradar. O local onde nos hospedamos faz parte do centro histórico. Muito bem localizado, fora da ZTL, próximo das principais atrações, comércio e restaurantes. O hotel fica de esquina e ocupa um dos andares de um prédio histórico. Portanto há que se ter em mente que é uma construção antiga, sem elevador. Os proprietários modernizaram os quartos dotando-os de chuveiro com boa pressão de água quente. Toalhas e roupas de cama limpas. Café da manhã simples porém atende. O prédio possui vaga para uns 3 carros e em frente ao hotel, na rua principal, tem um ponto de ônibus que o Alibus (ônibus do aeroporto) pode te deixar, caso você utilize esse meio de transporte. No geral gostamos de hotel.

Great location, excellent breakfast with variety of choices , very good customer service. We stay 4 nights. Easy to walk to the central area and bus stops. 24/7 reception.

Initially locating the entrance to the hotel was confusing.

Very basic high ceiling huge room with three beds and the bathroom was largest well. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Front desk clerk was very helpful impact our bags and new about the area

The hotel is old but clean and very convenient to all the central areas of interest. The staff was great especially Angela! She was the most helpful and friendly person I met this vacation. Always a smile and volunteered to carry our luggage (in fact insisted) up the 70 steps to the room. She helped park our rental car in the courtyard and answered all our questions. I can not remember meeting a hotel staff member this friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and served up on a rooftop terrace. The room was simple ( we did only book a basic room) but the shower stall was very small. You could not bend over to pick something up! They had daily cleaning and 24 hour reception which was nice. This place is not for someone who doesn’t like going up and down steps as there are a lot. The tv had mainly shopping network stations and nothing in English and I was not able to hook up my Roku that I brought from home. If it wasn’t for Angela I would rate it much lower.

Super nice management, very helpful with any requests. About a 25 minute walk from train station. Great breakfast included. Stairs only three flights, no big whoop.

The hotel is in a great location just down the street from the main square. It is in an older building - the pictures on the site accurately depict what it looks like. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is lovely, and the breakfast is a nice perk. The front desk is open 24/7 which makes coming and going super easy. Very close to all the main sights in Catania.

The shower and toilet with the water noise was very disturbing

Beautiful huge room with multiple beds! Staff all very helpful. The location was great only 5 min walk into the centre Only down side was the 70 stairs from ground level to reception. There is no lift Thank you for a great stay

Super helpful and nice staff. Oscar was awesome - at the front desk, helping with the car and being available. Nice breakfast. Huge room. Walkable to almost everywhere. Small shops for backery and deli goods right on the msin street. Bus to the airport almost at your doorstep.
