Close to the airport shuttle service was convenient, but there was no hot water.

Encontramos una toalla y una sabana sucias en nuestra habitacion, llamamos a house keeping y lo cambiaron. Pero todo deberia estar limpio.

Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work in the room. Also, the rooms are quite loud, I could hear every noise in the hallway, people talking, doors banging open and closed…. The rooms are nice though and it is near the airport

The reason I am giving 3 stars only is due to the fact that the air conditioner in my room was not working. I came to this hotel after a long flight to rest and I couldn't rest, the room was extremely hot. I opened the window but it didn't help at all. Housekeeping told me they gave me the "hottest" room. It was unbelievable. My stayed was short, the experience was not good. The room was clean, we'll kept. I loved the airport transfers. It was extremely helpful. The lack of air conditioner was a disappointment.

The scent sprayed throughout the property, caused me breathing issues and an eczema flare.

I had a great experience at this hotel overall. The property itself was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Even though this was a last-minute booking and we arrived quite late—close to midnight—we were still greeted warmly and treated with genuine kindness. The amenities were excellent. We ordered room service, and the food was delicious and well-prepared. While it was too dark to fully enjoy the view, I could see a patio area that looked clean and well-maintained. The room was a good size, with plenty of outlets for charging devices, which was really convenient. The beds were firm yet comfortable, and I appreciated that the room included practical items like an iron and hairdryer. There was also colorful LED lighting that gave the room a fun, modern feel—though it could easily be turned off if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. One highlight was the airport shuttle service, which made catching an early morning flight feel safe and stress-free. The only downside was the shower design. It tended to flood, so we had to turn the water off occasionally to prevent overflow into the rest of the room. The glass door also became slippery and was difficult to handle since there were no grips, and there wasn’t a convenient place to hang or set towels nearby. Despite that issue, I would absolutely stay here again. The staff truly made the experience exceptional with their friendliness and professionalism—it felt like five

LLegando al hotel me dijeron que tenía dos reservas, yo dije que no y la persona a cargo en lugar de ayudar, solo me insistía en que tenía que tomar otra llave de otra habitación que yo no reservé. La app o el sistema de Hoteles.com me hizo una reserva duplicada, sin darme yo cuenta y me cobraron doble, ahora hoteles.com no se quiere hacer responsable y menos el hotel y cuando hago una llamada p escribo en la plataforma me bloquean y no puedo hablar con nadie que me resuelva, no se me hace justo que yo tenga que pagar la reserva duplicada. MUY MAL HORELES.COM muy decepcionante como me han respondido, colgando llamadas y bloqueando . Aun espero me envíen un correo o un mensaje para solucionar esto

Malas prácticas en las reservas, te dicen que no hay reembolso pero revisa bien por qué eso significa que tampoco hay cambios de fechas, si vienes en fecha de algún concierto te van a cobrar el triple de la tarifa aún sí quieres reservar con mucho tiempo de anticipación

This is perfect for a layover or two nights. Close to the airport and stadium. Shuttle is convenient but not every half hour as stated. No fridge, full length mirror, drawers nor ice available in the room. Otherwise decent large rooms.
