Beautiful upgrade to a lovely suite. Rooms are clean, well appointed and the staff are exceptional.

Hotels.com charged us for breakfast when it was included in our rooms. Also, breakfast was not that great: coffee was passable, churros were dry, and there was not much fruit selection. For the price we were charged I would've expected better. I guess we paid for the location.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel during our trip to Aranjuez. The view of the palace was beautiful. The hotel is very beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff was great we goth there a few hours earlier from a long flight and the staff was so nice to give us the room earlier. This made the start of our trip great! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort cleanliness and a touch of charm in Aranjuez

My stay at the NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez was an absolute delight. This beautiful older hotel has a classic charm that immediately makes you feel welcome. I was particularly impressed with the size of the room—it was truly huge, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. It felt more like a spacious apartment than a standard hotel room, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The hotel is also packed with convenient amenities that made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was a standout feature; it was excellent, providing a perfect night's sleep. The quality of the bed and linens truly made a difference. The front desk staff were also very nice, welcoming me with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Their service contributed to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for a hotel with classic elegance, exceptionally large rooms, and wonderful amenities, the NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez is an excellent choice.

Beautiful clean hotel very spacious rooms comfy bed great shower and mini bar only downside for me was no bacon at breakfast but the selection was still very nice, 36 euro just for the dog to stay with us one night was a bit harsh and i thought id paid for it on arrival check in but was asked on checkout to settle it. But on the whole would stay agian as its a great big hotel and the little town with bars and restraunts is just around the corner ,and the hotel bar is good and the bar staff are nice guys who served us as we enjoyed a glass of wine on the hotels patio.

The location is amazing and the quiet is just what I needed.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was wonderful, parking was easy, gym was small but sufficient. The town of Aranjuez was beautiful and a joy to explore. Our only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock but that is also personal preference.
