Parfait pour un cours à l’université Laval. Problème de télé. En fait c’était un problème électrique dans la chambre.

The location was perfect for a week of lecture at the University. The tunnel system permitted me to walk to my classes without going outside in the snow. Unfortunately, my room was next to a Shared Bathroom with a noisy door. The room was spacious and comfortable. Ideal for visiting students.

Nice university campus.

The check in service is very poor. It is very difficult to find the reception counter in the given address. Also the building with allocated room is far from the reception building so you need a car to reach there.

We didn't like it

Check in was slow- waited a long time to be served. Room very basic. Hostel like quality - beds not particularly comfortable. No AC. No fridge. No TV. Small sink in room. Toilets and showers shared - one set on corridor. No kitchen or TV room on floor (or that we could find). No explanation of facilities available in residence block or on campus. Was not worth the money. My husband actually said he would rather have slept in the car. Only positive - free parking close to accommodations.

No bathroom to shower! No lights or AC in room. Have to use public bathroom and just no showers available. Also got put in all female dorme floor..

Be aware that students living there might have a party from 2 to 4 am )

For a student residence, was ok. The sheets were clean and the room was acceptable.

Excellent service and commodities, free parking, free 3day bus ticket if stay at least 3 nights. With a 10 minute bus ride you are in the city center. Excellent huge shopping mall within a 5 minute car drive

The check in staff was great. The room was dingy, old metal cots in room, bed short-sheeted, the floor needed sweep mop, garbage on floor behind chair, there was a siren/fog horn nearby going off every 2 minutes, but I couldn't close the window- it was only source for fresh air. Too exhausted from long day travel to find another place to stay. It was much nicer than this last time I stayed here. Doubt I'll stay here again. Pity.

Room was full of bugs and unbearably hot

Bare bones place to spend the night in transit. There is a sink in the room and then the toilets and showers are communal. We stayed there on both ends of our trip and found that it makes a difference which building you are placed in. This stay was fine, but our other stay not so much. Pavillon Ernest-Lemieux was clean and adequate. There is a coin-operated coffee machine and vending machines in the common room. Note there is no air conditioning and it was quite hot the night we spent there.

Great for a fast inexpensive study. The access to the fridge) freezer was VERY far from the parking lot and we had a lot of stuff.

Great option at a very good price.

One of the mattresses was too bumpy and soft. We tried to reach the service desk, but couldn’t reach anyone after long waiting on the line.

Parfait pour un séjour économique. Les chambres sont propre. La salle de bain commune est propre également. Prendre note qu'il n'y a pas d'air climatisé.

La senteur de cigarette était terrible ça fumait dans les chambres comme ci c était dans la chambre pas capable de dormir difficile a respirer et cela jusqu’à minuit et recommencer a 4 am Très déçu et le bruit pratiquement toute la nuit Mais l’environnement dans la petite forêt était bien

I know there is no AC.. a small fan in the room would go a long way..
