Best location in Alphaville with good prices

The place was a beautiful place and location was great. The room was very comfortable and clean. We did have problems and did not have water to our shower the first night there. They could not mive us to a comparable room but they did allow us to go to a different room to shower unfortunately it was not convenient in any way. They were also experiencing elevator difficulties and we had to use the service elevator which us very slow as everyone had to do the same. I was hoping for some kind of compensation for the stay seems how we had no shower in our room until the next morning. I figured they would do something bit did not. Very disappointed in the lack of trying to male it right.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. Very friendly and nice staff. No amenities in the room except for one small shampoo, one small conditioner, one tiny bar of soap.

Is a good hotel. Not fancy but and not a resort. It works well for a quiet night of sleep

The rooms are being cleaned only every 3 days , nothing got replaced . Safe in the closet was broken . Very disappointed with the breakfast as well . Staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel did not meet my expectations.

The room is cosy and have facilities. The location of the hotel is really good. We can find a shopping mall, drugstore and restaurants close.

More electrical outlets, since today almost anybody is carrying more than three different devices.

Excellent location. Well trained and polite staff. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel.

Alphaville is not a turistic spot in Sao Paulo (most like a business district). The hotel is located in a residential area close to some good resturant. Hotel restaurant and facilities are good (not the best) but for the price you get more than you pay. If you are traveling for business this a very good option.

Hotel has no heating in rooms

I stay there frequently and the fact that they know me makes the hotel a favorite

Good stay & good service

A nice business hotels with good rooms. Service was good for an English speaker and overall a good stay. If you want to have options to do things in the evening these are not in a nearby viscinity.

Good accommodation, clean and pleasant. Is undergoing renovations but no major complications. Cost / benefit relation is not so good; I found it very expensive for the given pattern. I have stayed in other similar hotels and even better ones for a better price.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good location for business in Alphaville.

Good hotel. Would use again

I use the hotel for nights I don't feel like driving home. For the price I get through hotel.com, I have no complaints. Stayed multiple times. At check in, it is helpful to confirm your internet access name and pw but this is the same for any hotel in Brasil. The breakfast buffet is good and the hotel employees are friendly and helpful. If you are in a hurry, call down ahead of time for your car.
