We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy.

Giez is an ideal site for Annency and cycling the local area. The apartment was clean and an onsite swimming pool.

2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!

We had to clean the room and make the beds, but the staff were very nice and the location was perfect. Close to the lake, amazing views, and excellent price. We would stay again

This place is nice and quiet. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The place has an indoor and outdoor pool and parking is available. But the unacceptable thing is that there is no washing machine.

We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. You have to make your own bedsheets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. There was a heating dryer but worked only 2 minutes and stopped working. Fridge freezer door was missing and we bought milk, juice and some food for breakfast which froze everything!! There was an inner door and didn’t close properly we had to close the wooden door in front which makes the place feel Claustrophobic as the window was small. TV was a very small seems like a 14” monitor. Sofa had no cushions which was really uncomfortable to sit. Looks dirty. The departure instructions require us to take out our own garbage, take out all our used linen, towels, clean dishes and the floor. Towels were really old and doesn’t dry properly. Definitely not worth staying there again. One night seem too long. Positive point was the bathroom, tub seems new and water pressure is good.

The accommodation was very basic and disappointing. The apartment was so dark a light needed to be on all the time . There was no curtain on the lounge area where the sofa bed was therefore you were woken up early by the light . The main bed was so hard it gave me severe back ache for the whole 7 days . The sofa bed was stained . There was Costs that I think was unreasonable , ie having to pay for bed linen . Also I thought I had paid all tax’s but still had to pay more when arrived . Also when I asked for extra pillows they said this was not allowed i even asked if I could pay , still no .

Perfect place for a family vacation

hello, we had a wonderful stay. eliode of staff was so helpful. comfortable accommodations. Le birdie is about 30 minutes from annacy center.

A bed for the night but not much else to recommend it. Had to make up children's beds, no cleaning stuff in kitchen, not even a dishcloth/soap, pool very small with cramped changing rooms. Look for somewhere else!

Lovely apartment. Well equipped. Dog friendly. Half an hour from Annecy city centre. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Games room.

Nice appartment, great location. A bit basic but good for the price

Very stingy breakfast, close to nothing at all. No toilet supplies, and not even mentioned. Just be aware so you bring your own. Wifi - if it is important to you, practically does not exist. Family room fairly spacious.

Awesome trip in an awesome room with an amazing area for sporting / walking and relaxing !

We we're looking for an affordable one night stop over for a family of 4 before travelling onto Meribel for weeks skiing. We were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the Accommodation for the price paid (it was far better than the apartment we had booked for our main holiday) The Staff were very accommodating and stayed open late to welcome us and had restaurants on hand to recommend as a quick fix for tired children. Would definitely consider using again be it for a stop over or longer stay

This was a great place - more of an apartment than a hotel. The setting is in a tiny town out in the mountains -- beautiful place. We drove and even with the Navigation GPS is was a bit hard to find but worth the effort -- Big room - kitchen facilities - Internet - swimming pool and golf close by. Wanted to stay longer

Nice apartment in a small village 15 minutes to Annecy. Clean, functional room. Kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. Would definitely stat there again.

PLace was fine although problems with electricity one night - and not very good television service - very basic package that we coldn't watch world cup on, but not a big deal

We just booked this to stay outside of Geneva for a night- we found the room to be nice and clean- kitchen provided- it would be great for extended stays. There are cool old buildings, castle, church nearby and made for a nice walk.

We had a pleasant stay but reception hours very limited for an hotel. Studio was adequate but bed uncomfortable and room very space. The surrounding area is fabulous and hotel sited on golf course.
