This lace was a disgrace. Drunks and druggo patrons loitering in the carpark and out front of the entrance. Making threatening comments to us as we walked past. No elevators so had to lug heavy suitcases up stairs. The stairwells stink and run down. The rooms are cramped and in poor condition. The back of the bathroom door at the bottom was all broken away and just painted over. Bathroom so small not even enough space to dry and dress. We felt so safe on arrival that 15 mins after arriving we made the decision not to stay and left in search of somewhere else to stay. When we contacted the establishment along with the assistance of Wotif the management refused to give us a refund even knowing what had happened. It was only that I forced the issue and threatened to go to consumer affairs that they offered a refund for one night when we had booked for two. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was clean and basic. No reception on site, which is advised online, but a pain when it comes to checking in. We were not sent the codes to get in so had to call for help. We were reasonably unscathed but feel bad for the 2 separate international guests who we helped later on. One had already been sitting outside for well over an hour, not able to get in. We leant them our phones and it took an hour and multiple phone calls for them to get their codes to get inside. Check in is terrible

Room was very basic,no face clothes,just cups no saucers,no glasses to have a drink.Small bar fridge was on the floor,very difficult for an elderly person to reach and on the opposite end of the scale,the hand basin was so high that it nearly touched my chin.

Did not use laundry. Staff friendly. Air conditioning fine. Our telephone request for early check in was very efficiently taken care of by the manager. Lovely dinner, with friendly service in the restaurant.

The ensuite needs remodelling, very age hotel. They need to put internal lift in, due to not having a lifr, I could not have my delux suite. I had to take a outdated ground floor room. Do I get a refund??? after unable to go up6 flights of internal stairs

The room was very old. Shower over the bath. No water even in the fridge once I found the fridge. Rooms all need updating for the amount of money charged. Furthermore you should advise your guest that there are no lifts in the place or not that I could find. Long way to lugg a bag up 3 flights of stairs. Really disappointed and would never stay there again.

Everything was fabulous clean room great staff and service but our mattress was not very good maybe mattress toppers would help for more comfortable mattress apart from that I recommend anyone and everyone to stay

The only major complaint is that there is no reception desk; you have to check in online, then they are supposed to send you the room number and access code. I checked in early morning which required giving them my mobile numbr and e-mail. I received an automated verification that I was checked in and then nothing happened. We thought maybe it wouldn't come until 2 pm, the occupancy time. We were at the hotel at 2 and couldn't get in. We had to call an Australian phone number and then they sent the code after a few minutes. They seemed astounded that I didn't have an Australian phone number even though I booked from the U.S. and it's at an international airport; they wanted to text the info to an Australian phone number, but I told them to email it to me. I had to verbally confirm email address. The room was barebones in terms of style, but it was clean, spacious, air conditioned, and close to the airport. It also had a fridge and an electric tea kettle with instant coffee and tea. There was even a small carton of cream in the fridge.
