I have stayed at this location many times, so I was surprised at the changes for the worst. But the most frustrating thing this time, was a terrible encounter with a unprofessional, rude and unkind desk clerk, Saul I believe is his name. It seems this Hotel is changing his business mode to focus on less is more. Not even a three stars by current standards, and for just a few bucks more, you can stay in a much better location. I will not longer visiint Vista Inn.

I paid for 3 people, only left 2 towels and every day needed to ask for additional, first day one towel was dirty.

Had a great one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the breakfast. The food was great! I would stay again just for the breakfast. (Huevos rancheros, gorditas, and other great stuff)

It‘s a nice hotel for a short stay with your family in a safe place.
