Arrived at Pierre & Vacances Benidorm Horizon. For a 3 night break. Had to check in at main hotel to access the apartmen in the other block. The check in process was excellent everything was there for you to understand & acknowledge. We had use of the main pool outdoors & indoors & the gym. The evening entertainment was ok but the bar was very expensive for food & drink. The Free shuttle bus to the beach and back was perfect as its a long old way expecially heading back from the beach The only down side was our apartment was shockingly dirty expecially the floors within but the bedding & towels was very clean. We was on floor 26 so the view at day & night was spectacular. I would rate this apartment a 6/10 could do with a good clean with new furniture & fixings. Would I stay here again? NO

Property was excellent value. Apartment was clean and spacious. Clean bedding and plenty of towels, toiletries and hairdryer in bathroom and crockery, cutlery and glasses in kitchen, there was even a Nespresso coffee machine. Balcony was huge and had the sun from mid afternoon until sunset with an incredible view across Benidorm. Access to the facilities of hotel next door was a plus: with a nice pool and bar area and terrace with tables, chairs and parasols. Only cons: Aircon wasn't very powerful, the blackout shutters had lots of gaps (due to the design) so it wasn't really dark in the bedroom and the walk uphill to get to the apartments was a bit of a workout! Overall an excellent place to stay, great value for money and we'd stay here again without hesitation

I am disapointed i didnt get a sea view i usually get floor 19 or 20 but got 9 this time and didnt get a bit of sleep for a continue barking from a dog on my floor

Clean room, great balcony overall a great stay

Very clean, great views, location is a little stuck out and uphill and if you are on a high floor the lift can take forever. But if you plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment (it has everything you need to self-cater) and just around the hotel pool then it’s perfect.

Everything was amazing apartment was lovely and clean the staff were super friendly and the facilities were brilliant.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and well equipped with fabulous views over Benidorm. The kingsize bed was super comfy and there are two sets of patio doors onto the good sized balcony one from the bedroom and one from the living room. tgethe living room

We we're on the 3rd floor so our view was of the pool and the bins. Had to buy bleach to clean the bathroom. Apartment was comfortable and bedding was clean. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The free bus was a great bonus.

Great, helpful staff, clean hotel, very hilly and many steps - not good for people with mobility issues

Lovely apartments, 4th tin red I’ve stayed here, but if steep hill ti walk up but not bad if you enjoy walking. Reception staff were amazing and very helpful. Thanks so much for our stay.

Lovely clean apartment, full use of sister hotel next door, staff very friendly and accommodating, 3rd time I’ve stayed here and will return again.

It was good. Air conditioner needs long time to start cooling.View from balcony is amazing from Panoramic apartment.Make sure you must throw away all rubbish before check out otherwise you can’t get your deposit.

Absolutely awful experience for the start! First my requests werent even answered or acknowledged and secondly I checked out the next morning after what should have been a four night stay! I felt so unsafe there! Someone was trying to get in my room! The noise was horrific and very rowdy. Not suitable for solo traveller. Would definitely not recommend

Not suitable for everyone. It’s very hard to get to but the hotel and apartments are nice. The deposit is abit steep but atleast we will get it back. I think they should allow more time on the rooms it’s a 5pm check in and 10am check out that’s the worst we’ve ever had and we travel a lot
