Lots of amenities and very nice staff but farther from downtown than I thought and some trouble with the air conditioning

I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed the place was very clean. It was close to the shopping mall and many restaurants that you could walk to. The only suggestion I may have with this hotel is to get soundproof windows. You can pretty much hear whatever's going on on the street.

Friendly staff, pool, great lobby, very decent breakfast, comfortable rooms, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, near rambla for walking, safe neighborhood, relatively close to Tres Cruces and airport compared to other locations in the city.

facilities were excellent with gym, roof top pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

What stood out every day of our 5 day stay was the care and kindness of all the staff! They were very accommodating and helpful. The actual hotel is a little tired but not an issue. Gracias to all

Staff were very professional, polite, and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Location is near the sea and walkable. Also, Internet was stable and fast, and I received a great value for the rate I paid. The only reason I did not grade 5/5 is that the property needs an update to be rated a 4-star hotel.

Location was perfect, close to everything. Great and clean room. Breakfast and dinner really good. Front desk attention was awesome, every employee was so professional, they can call a taxi for you, and you have one in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!

Bikes should be maintained. They were useless when I tried to use twice. Had to walk back. Staff excellent.

Excellent staff. Bikes for use were terrible. They need to be maintained. Each time I took one out withon one minute there was a problem. There was no one to fix it back at hotel. Disappointing as I wantedcto bike the Rambla.
