Great location. It’s a little noisy in the morning from traffic otherwise it a wonderful place.

Great stay, clean and neat Ave Paulista. Everything you need is nearby. Restaurant downstairs is pretty good if you don’t feel like going anywhere. I wish staff spoke a bit of Spanish or English however they did everything they could to serve us.

It was a nice hotel, good facilities, nice bar, good breakfast, good location, and helpful staff.

Excellent breakfasts

Stayed twice during a one week trip to Brazil. Before going to Rio de Janeiro and after. We’re very excited to come back. Clean large comfortable modern rooms, friendliest front desk staff, beautiful lobby, central location, walking distance to a lot of shopping, dining, close to bars with live music. Best hotel breakfast we experienced so far with authentic Lebanese restaurant inside.

Staff were really friendly but room was was in bad condition especially the toilet. Could really do with some renovation. Other wise great location.

Very friendly and helpful staff

All the staff members were very helpful and great! Many of them spoke English and those that didn’t were very patient with us when we were translating/communicating. We stayed there twice and each time was a great experience.

Window in room kept opening because it could not be locked. Bathroom mildew stains on caulking. They had an iron but no board. No microwave. The highlights were space and bed comfort.

A little old building but the staff change all of these in possitive. Very nice attention of all the staff. Thank you !!

The people here were very nice. From parking to check in to the breakfast staff. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. My husband and I travel a lot. Not only for pleasure but for work as well. We would not consider the quality of this location as a 4 star. It’s more of a 3 star. The security lock was broken on our door and I froze at night because there was only 1 sheet to cover us. There was massive closet space yet no extra blankets or sheets for the bed. Disappointed for sure.

Affordable and well located hotel with decent amenities but not at a four star level.

Capcana Hotel has a very good location. One block away from Paulista Avda. Good breakfast.

Enormous room (50 sqm), with very comfortable bed but in need of some renovations. Staff is not friendly and slow. Breakfast is just right. The place could be much better
