We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!

Great location

An amazing experience as always - have already booked a return trip! Great customer service at Reception, and I was able to continue using the facilities once I’d checked out until I needed to leave for my flight. Room was clean and spacious and everything was really comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

Bedroom smells damp. Bed linens don’t feel fresh, smelly, got rushed all over my body.

Fabulously spacious with a beautiful outlook over the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay.

Parking signage is non existent to say the least, room was tired with patchy carpet with worn areas and same for the lounge, I didn’t even sit on it. Found a sock in the washing machine and the main table had been patched after it had been chipped. Disappointing overall.

Ocean was visible from room. Was nice and clean. Very decent size. Good amenities. Down side was they only made the room up once and just made the bed (no linen change) and gave new towels. At no point did they replenish the coffee and there were only 3 Nespresso pods to begin with. The hotel didn’t seem particularly busy so this was a bit disappointing.

The check in was slow. Had cockroaches in room and was relocated to the worst room on the facilities level so very noisy. Was told this was the only room available and was an inferior room to the one I paid for.

Room was not available when I checked in around 2:30pm. There were cockroaches on the balcony so I assume were inside as well although did not see any inside.
