History and architecture of old original building were lovely as was The Booking bar… but our room on the 7th floor, despite high ceilings, felt dark and like an attic room with one small window. Check-in took a while. They were not able to check us in early so we came back at 7:30 pm to check in. Luggage was not in room. There was no record left at front desk reception that we had checked luggage waiting for room. There was no orientation provided by front desk regarding bars. Restaurants or other facilities in the hotel. A big advantage was the proximity to the Eurostar train and Saint Pancras station but beyond that… the value was not there… very expensive for the money and not worth it. Stay somewhere else with better service and take a cab to Saint Pancras.

Fabulous! Seriously, treat yourself to this property. The decor, the service, and amenities are wonderful. Located in the St. Pancres station makes it perfect for travel. Staff are wonderful.

For a hotel that was as expensive as it was, there was no air-conditioning on a 95° day in London. Three days in this place with 90° heat in the room was awful. The staff did nothing to improve it. Additionally, the maid service was horrible. After day one, they opened up the drapes and allow the room to cook in the hot sun all day in spite of the fact that there was no air-conditioning and we asked that they keep the drapes closed. Additionally, no toilet paper was available after our first day, no hand towels were replaced, and the entire experience was awful very disappointed as this was our first trip to London in many many years.

My partner and I stayed for two nights to see a show and watch our team at Wembley. It has been a dream hotel for us, and we couldn't have been happier. Jackie checked us in and was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was wonderful and overlooked the Eurostar, and it was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Every member of staff we met was very easy to talk to and have a laugh with, which is not always the case for a 5* hotel. Breakfast is well worth the extra cost, and the booking office dining space is great. We can't wait to stay again, and it's down to the people who work there. Thanks so much.

This hotel is on a great location - so easy to get anywhere from here. The staff are exceptional. The front desk are so welcoming and engaging and bend over backwards to help. I will always stay here when in London

A lovely hotel and very welcoming staff. The bar and restaurant were very good and not too expensive. Only a quick trip so no time to use the pool, unfortunately. tasteful decor in the room, beautifully preserved building.

Attic room feels rather ordinary. It was nice enough but not worth the money.

Room adequate, but not exceptional for this Hotel rating..eg.dirty stained mirror . Good staff, amenities and of course location.

The room itself was clean but there was a wet towel left in the shower and the mini bar was also not cold so we couldn't have anything from it as it was all warm. We did tell Reception and they said they would send an engineer to the room to fix it but they didn't. That was disappointing, as was the wet towel, I wouldn't expect that in a hotel of this calibre.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and the staff were amazing. Our room was a good size for a family of four. The pool is small but was a cozy and welcoming environment to relax. We especially liked the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
