very nice hotel near the bay. Kudos to Christian at the front desk who was such a kind and helpful employee who went out of his way to make our stay easier. We really appreciated him!

Lovely modern room fresh towels and linen but shower head broken noise from adjoining bedrooms heat people in bathrooms water pipes etc but good location and nice people could do with a swimming pool but overall was ok

Staff very helpful. Upgraded room and helped make it a lovely holiday.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The design and vibe were awesome. The room was serene and very pretty with a great deck and ocean view. Everything was walking distance. Hotel staff were fantastic. For the price, this was a standout.

Noisy function below our room not helpful. A/C was not operational.

I make a reservation for 4 roommates and they bring us two room connected each other by two interior doors and we got a beautiful views at the terrace !!!! Good hotel for the price !

Really nice hotel. Stayed here quite a few times over the years. Spacious clean rooms. Great location, good service and really good food too. Would highly recommend.

We liked the bar staff and enjoyed eating outside. Parking not straightforward. Room was clean, ok, but expensive. Reception not very organised.

Hotel was perfect for us in every way - although selling the room as a double with terrace was pushing it, the terrace was an incredibly miniscule balcony.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Santander is a great place to visit & Sardinero area is fantastic. Hotel terrace with sea view is nice & the locale is quiet. Close to restaurants & bars. Caribe is good for a few drinks & Costa 43 is great for food & atmosphere 👌

Have stayed here many times. Perfect location. Great views from the rooms. Restaurant food is very good. In a beautiful quiet location yet only a two to three minute walk to the beach and all amenities

Classy hotel at a wonderful location

Gran Hotel Victoria is few minutes walk to the beach. The staff are very nice. Also, the hotel and my room are very clean. Quiet hotel.

Lovely hotel with all the modern conveniences, conveniently located for Santander's Sardinero beach, and close by to the Palacio de Magdalena and near enough to Santander town centre.

Hotel was clean and room was quite big with terrace. Asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together. No tea/coffee making facility available in room or free water. Breakfast was expensive; others got offered bacon/eggs, we did not just the buffet. Probably not stay there again

Noise in the morning, when all stock came every morning from 6 o’clock. No Heating, So not to warm in cold wheather
