Clean, comfortable, updated, felt like being at home. The host was very kind and helpful.

Beautiful large room. Comfortable bed, air conditioner was great, shower good pressure with plenty of hot water. Very nice espresso machine and water kettle with refrigerator, cups, plates, bowls, silverware. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for coffee and tea in the morning. Location was just about a 10 min walk to the beach and 10 min walk to town.

Only stayed the one night after a sailing trip. Very beautiful apartment. Very comfy bed! Great shower. Excellent location. Friendly owners who were very helpful letting me drop off my luggage at 11am to save me carrying around until room ready a bit later on. They even offered me a lift from my arrival point and back to airport (at extra cost) which although I did not use was a handy option to have. Would stay here again if I return to Split.

Perfect place to stay, ultra cute, had everything we needed including a comfy bed and great air con! Easy base for exploring Split, close to Old Town/Diocletians Palace, and had lots of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

A great stay!

The room was spacious and clean. The shower was updated and large. Marko was so kind and helpful, and he picked me up from the airport for a small fee. The AC worked great! And the location was walking distance to everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Lovely apartment, clean and beautiful

House Sandra is the perfect place to stay in Split:) It is a modern room in an antique house:) The owners are Split locals, so they have great advice on what to see and where to eat:) It is five minute walk away from Old Town, which gives you a quiet place to sleep:)

The property is well located close to everything we wanted to see and do. Marko and his father could not have been more accommodating. We arranged for Marko to pick us up at the airport and to transfer us to Trogir for the next leg of our trip. We had a small medical emergency and they assisted us in navigating the health system and getting us the help that we needed. Lovely people lovely place!

The airport shuttle service was incredible, super quick and easy! My room was clean and cool, zero issues and I would 10/10 recommend staying here either solo or with others!

Good location near the ferry terminal, bus station & still close to Diocletian’s palace & the Riva. Unit was well outfitted and host met you for check in & communication was prompt. I would stay again if I was in Split again.

We had a lovely stay! Our flight was delayed, but Marko was an excellent host and kindly waited up for us to check us in and show us around the room. The location is fantastic, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches (such as the bowl of sweets on the table) made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.
