Very helpful staff. Warm welcome. All areas were clean and well presented.

Our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was new and clean. We stayed for just one night. The hotel didn't have a pool, but the staff was friendly and attentive.

The entire staff are great people and do everything they can to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I’ve been here for a few months now and don’t have a single complaint.

Lovely, spacious rooms with nice big windows overlooking square, museum and hill. Cumbersome check in process due to covid registration etc Good breakfast buffet - wide selection.

The two of us had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, good sized and lots of shelving to unpack your bags. The room had its own AC control. Breakfast was very good, as expected. I only thought the staff helping with the buffet could be more friendly. There was no smile, no "good morning". The lobby was kind of gray and definitely not inviting to lounge. But everything was clean and functional and the receptionist there was always friendly. Arriving by a car, I was disappointed that the hotel does not have a dedicated loading-unloading parking space near the entry. Fortunately, there is enough city parking in the nearby streets.

Loved to stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. Had dinner and breakfast and everything was superb.

Nice hotel in the center of the town Aussig (Usti). Arrived very late with sleeping kids, so check in was stressful and the first guy at the check-in was not very helpful. Luckily, a colleague jumped in and did help nicely with everything. Other than that, just a short but pleasant stay.

Minibar did not work, we were told it cannot be repaired till Monday because hotel maintenance does not work till Monday. air conditioning did not work either.

Modern, clean hotel, friendly staff whose English is pretty good. Good sized rooms but air-con not great. Parking limited. Will def stay again

Super hotel although my room faced a main road and traffic noise was a slight problem. Breakfast was very good as we're the staff on reception. Out early one morning and a pack up was supplied instead of breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable hotel with professional stuff, clean and spacious rooms. Brilliant breakfast. The price of the hotel is affordable for 4* facilities including breakfast.

Spent 1 night in this hotel. Was not expecting such a level of comfort in a small town hotel . Check in was effortless. The staff were courteous and spoke perfect English. The decor throughout was very modern and the entire place looked almost brand new. We stayed in a junior suite which boasted a view over the town. The rooms were spacious , very comfortable beds, all amenities provided including gowns and slippers. A fully stocked mini bar, safe, and TV in the room. Fast WiFi in the room and in the public areas too. The Resturant opens into a terrace with a mini Tesco grocery so you can easily pick up necessities forgotten back home. Safe , well lit area. Fully recommend if you're in Usti . No flaws to report .

The hotel was centrally located with the town centre being within walking distance. There were plenty of shops and good eating places very close by. In fact if you wanted a supermarket Tesco Express was just behind the hotel. My room was very clean and bright with coffee and tea facilities, a mini bar, and a free safe within the room, which I found to be very useful. The air conditioning was also on as the outside temperature was very high. There was a huge selection for breakfast, whether you wanted continental breakfast or a hot breakfast.
