Fantastic location, staff was amazing and very helpful. Would definitely be staying here on my next trip.

For the price in the height of summer it was extremely reasonable. The staff were polite and friendly, welcoming and happy to help. They gave us a local map of the area to help us find our way around the area. I have never stayed in a town where everything is perfect. The location was absolutely perfect. I honestly cannot believe we chose such a wonderful location. Turn right out of the hotel, a two minute walk there is a choice of two beaches with showers, toilets, bars, restaurants. Turn left, the centre of nerja with Balcony De Europe, shops, restaurants, tourist information, supermarket. If you like to run there is a great run to Maro beach with beach gyms along the way. We took the tourist train to Nerja caves, brilliant! We did parasailing with a company called Get Your Guide....really positive experience. We did Kayaking which was exhilarating and so much fun. The room itself when I arrived was clean and a serendipity, it had a kitchen which was soooo perfect for me. I had a view out onto the square, if you like to people watch this was a great room. The doors let no noise in when closed. I only have one little negative which I am sure could be rectified if you ask....the sheets were not changed during the one week I was there and the shower not cleaned every day. Towels were changed, bins were emptied. We had two studios and my daughters shower or sheets were not cleaned so they need to rectify this and no parking close. s worth more than the three keys. Convenient location , perfect for visiting and close to everything. Parking is in the city underground area and is 24 Euro per day , so plan for it and make sure you have a small car . Hotel house an Irish pub with live music Thursday through Saturday… so expect some possible noise . Clear and simple, but practical rooms . They charge 6 euros per day if you want to use the gym facilities… and they are very simple. Breakfast is good with many choices. Rooms are made everyday and the hotel personnel is nice and attentive. Overall a good stay .

LOCATION, LOCATION, AND BREAKFAST! The location was amazing! It was located on the walkway to the beach, so it couldn't have been more convenient. It had a nice patio overlooking the ocean with a popular Irish pub called Cochrane's. The front desk clerk Virginia was very accommodating and even loaned us a couple of beach umbrellas left by previous guests. The breakfast was excellent. Whether you like full English, full American, or full European, this buffet had everything. Five stars on breakfast, which got us off to the right start. In addition to being close to the beach, we were walking distance to the Balcon de Europa, the plaza, and all the restaurants and shopping. Can't say enough about this location. The hotel was as advertised. It was clean, and the room was functional.

Excellent stay overall. The location is excellent and very convenient. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and well equipped, which made for a comfortable visit. The only downside for me was the breakfast selection—it would benefit from a wider choice, particularly cereals, yogurt options, and healthier additions like chia seeds. Aside from that, a great experience and I would happily stay again

Great central accommodation close to beach, Balcon de Europe and many good restaurants and bars. Worth paying extra for the sea view.

Amazing location in the heart of Old Town Nerja, steps to Balcon. Room very comfortable, beautiful views. Staff very accommodating and helped in every way we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Look forward to coming back!! High recommend for self catering stay.

We loved our stay at Nerja, place was cleant and cozy, Had all amenities needed and staff was friendly and helpful. Location is the best, in the middle of town. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Walking distance to the shore. We strongly recommend.

Great location. Room had a beautiful view. Did not have good air conditioning working in November. We were able to keep door open since it was very quiet with just the sound of Mediterranean tide. So that worked out. The pillows definitely need an upgrade. The continental buffet was nice. Would hesitate recommending but the staff and the view were excellent and their responsiveness as well as instructions for parking nearby were great. The Nerja Plaza de Espana garage nearby the hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest, and easiest to access garages we've encountered touring Spain.

The location is amazing, really close to the shore No noise at night Room was clean Was handy to have breakfast included and was nice to have a kitchen in the room For facility conditions, a little outdated, tiled floor everywhere, old elevator, gym is 6€, quite small, a bit dirty, there were no towels in the bathroom near the gym and hand sanitizers were all finished Also in shower there’s only one all purpose soap, no shampoo

This property is located right in the heart of the square- the Balcony of Europe. Step Outside your hotel and you have restaurants and shops galore. The hotel staff is excellent and the rooms are very clean. Furniture is basic but we had everything we needed. Some rooms offer an incredible sea view. Attached to the hotel is one of the best bar/restaurant views with very reasonable prices. Only downside is there is no parking. There is public parking nearby but you have to walk your luggage across the square to the hotel . Would stay here again!

Really happy with everything the rooms were very clean and well presented and the balconies were clean and had nice furniture. The staff were lovely and responded to any requests we made really quickly. The breakfasts were delicious and lots of choice including hot and cold options. No complaints at all and most important of all the location was absolutely perfect close to all amenities, lovely beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. The pool was excellent too

Overall this place is old, dirty and the breakfast is the worst I have ever had, the place is full of pigeons at breakfast and I am surprised they even eat it.
