Room clean, but needs some upgrading, A/C not working properly, all options locked on the panel locked. Parking available in the shopping centre that is connected to the hotel for a small fee.

Situation exceptionnelle à coté du Métro.Chambre propre, très bon accueil L’hôtel a besoin d’amour. Au 9ème étage les tapis des corridors ont été souillé par un dégât d’eau et méritent d’être changer

Opposite the Metro so easy access to Seville city centre.

Sadly, the bathroom in the room upstairs had a huge leak around 1 a.m. The hotel did not have the personnel to help with the issue. A situation like that reflects the property's lack of maintenance. Also, it is too far from the center of Sevilla. Lots of money was spent on Uber and taxis.

Good hotel

Very affordable stay in front of the train station . Very easy train to the center only one line . A supermarket next to the hotel and a shopping center 2 minutes walking. They keep the a/c on cool when we arrived on October 24 so.... call ahead if you need your a/c on cool (recommend).

Hotel was nice and modern. Staff at counter was very friendly and helpful. Easy acces through Metro to get to the city, so no need to take car. One thung they may need to change is their bed pillows as they were like airplane type. Overall a good experience at this hotel.

Very far away from the city, staff is rude, rooms are dirty and the ac on multiple rooms don’t work. They don’t try to solve the problems. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Place was dark hot and muggy no ironing board , safe didn’t work no anything you wanted the worst hotel I ever stayed it was last minute and price doubled 😭

This hotel needs a hotel to be a hotel, if there are stars in minus i woul give this hotel (five stars minus) The only good thing is that there are a shoping centre within 100m and rhe friendly reseptionists

Best thing was the metro into the centre which was just across the road. Safe didn’t work, large patch of paint missing from ceiling, bathroom doors damaged, no plug for the bath and air con that only blew out hot making sleeping very difficult. Poor breakfast, miserable staff. Lots of school trips visiting during our 3 night stay

Love the staff and condition of the rooms. The cleaning staff was great. Location was perfect for us. Only complaint are about the beds. They are rock hard. Very uncomfortable. Also the air conditioner would only turn in hot. Would not cool or regulate itself. So we kept it off the entire week.

Had to wait 30 mins to check in as only one member of staff serving. Not looking forward to checkout this morning.

Great 4* hotel. Perfect location, geat service. Hotel is very clean. There is underground parking and metro to center of Seville is 100 m away.

Comfortable and clean hotel. The hotel is beside a metro station giving easy access to Seville Centro with the main attractions. Many cafes / restaurants / shops with easy walking distance. If driving (I was) the hotel has easy access from the freeway and ample on site parking (fee). Wifi signal was strong. I would stay there again.
