We were a family of 11 people having Xmas lunch. The food was excellent and as it was a carvery, you could have as much as you wanted. The staff was very attentive without being pushy. The room was excellent, it was very clean, plenty of coffee, tea. The breakfast, lots of choice from cereals to a full English which was cooked to order and it was superb, everything was tasty. It is a fantastic hotel with brilliant staff.

Love stay

Lovely staff, good food and quiet comfortable rooms. Lounge bar very relaxing with good beer and scotch. And a great gym and sauna too!

Pool very small and no bath in room. Also view from room was a very neat brick wall

Our third time staying at the Diplomat and Im sure we'll be back again soon. Room was amazing, super comfy bed, staff friendly as always and excellent spa facilities.

Great staff

Spa was good. Nice pool, sauna and steam room. Evening meal was very good but breakfast a little disappointing. What was there was good but I probably arrived at a busy time as very few eggs and hash browns or fresh fruit. The guy on reception was very helpful.
