The hotel staff was wonderful to us. We needed to find a taxi to Kemi for an afternoon flight, and they searched extensively till they found us one. We were dropped at the airport in time to make the flight to Helsinki.

Great stay. The roof pool and sauna are priceless. Nice breakfast too. Only negative was bad ventilation in the room

Modern and well facilitated.

Very comfortable hotel in Gallivare. I found it a bit overpriced, but there were no alternatives in the area, so I had to accept it. Location is excellent, across the street from the train station, bus stop and tourist information office.

The smoking just drifts to your window with windows open. They attract unique people from train station and bus station...

The pool/roof terrace was closed with no mention before booking and we didn’t find out we had to book the sauna 2 hours before wanting to use it until we arrived at the sauna. Food was great, staff was very friendly.

Great hotel in an amazing location, o KY a 15 min walk to see the northern lights. Hotel has its own bowling alley as well! Staff were friendly and helpful too!

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. To be fair I have trouble sleeping when away so the low score is also my issue with sleeping. The queensize bed were two single beds put togheter. The gym was amazing and the restaurant/breakfast area nice. Nice big TV I brought an HDMI to be able to stream.

Was a convenient location for our trip.

It was Very Good. The service level was high amongst the staff and friendly. My room was never cleaned but apparently they clean the room only if you ask them to do it. Unfortunately I had no information about that. My mistake but still.

Let me just start off by saying the taste in music was brilliant! View and facilities were great. Bed was clean and comfy. Staff very friendly.

Free breakfast was fantastic!

Inte fräch frukt på frukosten. Kallt på rummet. Toan var gammal och sliten och hyllorna höll på att släppa.
