A beautiful hotel in a lovely location.

Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. Special thanks to Frau Renate who was so warm to us all!

The Hotel is very cute and clean, The village is very cute as well. Getting to Bad Bertrich is a little difficult if you don't pay close attention to road signs and directions. The street that the Hotel is on is very tiny. Being from America, I am used to wider streets. With that said, it was a fantastic experience and would totally visit again if I return to this part of Germany.

The room was comfortable but there was not enough staff to cope with the demand and the volume of customers.

Very accommodating staff. Old Fashioned. No air conditioning. Do not know how it is rated 5* Maybe 4* at most. Expensive. Breakfast disappointing on the hot food selection. Car parking in the Public car park so no

Dommage l"année passée hotel super mais cette année catastrophe . Accueil lamentable du jamais vue une receptioniste qui ne donne aucunes infos . Bref je ne reviendrai plus ,la piscine reste quand meme très bien. La ville a l"air en declin beaucoup de fermeture de commerces. Triste ambiance. Les villes thermale n"ont plus la cote la vie est du coté de la moselle Cochem

Zimmer war sauber, allerdings war die Bettfront lose und hing herunter. Personal war freundlich, jedoch sprachen viele kaum deutsch und man musste in Englisch kommunizieren. Der Wellnessbereicb ist ok, aber leider konnten wir das Schwimmbad am 2 Tag und am Morgen der Abreise nicht nutzen, weil es ein technisches Problem gab. Das ist natürlich schade, wenn man extra wegen dem Thermalschwimmbd genau diese Hotel bucht.

Absolut empfehlenswert – Erholung pur für Mensch und Tier! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, Das Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Auch der Wellness-Bereich ist ein echtes Highlight und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt für uns: Das Hotel ist extrem haustierfreundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hôtel magnifique d'une autre époque,le problème c'est la moquette partout pour les allergies c'est compliqué. Le spa et la piscine sont incroyables du jamais vue autant de sauna et toutes sortes de grottes. Le repas bien mais les plats étaient froid donc retour en cuisine mais pas assez chaud car les assiettes sont froides. Le plus c'est le petit déjeuner il est fantastique y de tout. La réception super en français par Mlle Kadya qui nous explique le parking et une visite guidée de l' hôtel car on si perd avec tout les couloirs. La chambre est bien grande et de style ancien.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, das Zimmer prima, das Personal freundlich, der Wellness-Bereich exzellent. Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone macht das Parken knifflig, aber das weiß man ja. Mir fehlte ein zweites Kopfkissen, was heute normal ist, und die laute Radiomusik beim Frühstück muss nicht sein. Und: Aus irgendeinem Grund hat man ein offenes Bücherbord -- in einem verschlossenen Raum.
