Clean room, very friendly and courteous staff. Location is very central to north and south and close to shopping restaurants and access to transportation.

My phone had stopped working 36 hours before my checkout and the desk staff were kind and gelpful and helped me get in contact with the person I was visiting and really helpful when I needed them

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was close to public transportation and restaurants. The room was clean. However the "sound-proof" claim should be removed as the uncarpeted floor transmitted noise at a high volume which is annoying when late arrivals are draggimg their suitcases around at 2 am. Slamming doors and loud conversations are a normal part of travel, however the acoustics of an older hotel makes it unbearable when you're trying to sleep. Also the beds were too hard for my partner so he was unable to sleep for 2 nights. On the 3rd day we found a new hotel even though we were booked for a 7 night stay. I don't blame the hotel; it just wasn't a good fit for us.

This is the most horrible place a human being can stay . Everything looks horrible and the service is the most terrible have ever encountered. In top of that they denied any type of refund even though you don’t use the day . It was an horrific experience.

Not very family like

The hotel is generally well located and makes it easy to get to several places of interest. Employee service needs to improve further because they have a poor attitude towards service, especially the restaurant staff.

The breakfast was great, the staff very courteous and helpful during my stay Sept 12-17, 2025. The hotel should consider having a restaurant on the premises and utilizing a taxi service to assist guest who wants to move around.

Good place to stay in Bogota! Very well located in the city, close to International Airport dinning and shopping centers!!

I was going to stay longer but didn’t. I needed a nice shower and the shower was amazing. (My shower is horrible where I am staying for a month in Columbia.)

I thought we would have two double beds for our standard double bed, but it was really more like a full sized bed and a twin bed. There was also a bug in our room. There was a hair dryer docking station but the hair dryer had been removed from our room. There was also a bright flashing light from outside that was hard to ignore. Traffic outside also made it very noisy. We only stayed for one night before catching an early morning flight. It was fine for our purposes but I probably would not stay longer than a night.

I needs better facilities

The Hotel’s location is very good, like in the center of everything but, is at an avenue so if you’re not accustomed to traffic noise it’s not for you. I had to ask for a change of rooms because of this. Since there’s no air conditioner you have to open the window. The breakfast is always the same thing basically. If you ask for anything in the lobby, water, beer, snacks, you have to pay it right away. I thought it was added to your account but no. Another inconvenience for me is there’s just one card key for the room. We were four, so if we went to different places we had lo leave the key in the lobby. The coffee is in the lobby, not the rooms. The internet was good and the beds were very comfortable. For the price it was okay. It I think next time I’ll try a place with more amenities.

This is a 3-stars hotel with a 6-stars service. Shout out to: Alejandra Kevin Lina Don Gustavo Paola Leidy Monica Who made me feel like i was part of their family and gave me excellent service in their own lines of duties. A few recommendations: If you got high blood pressure or altitude gives you sickness, the city is not for you! But if you must, always use the elevator if you are in a high floor. If you are looking for a warm tropical weather, Bogotá is not it, it is a cold city. You are safe inside the hotel, but i wouldn't recommend going out at night to walk around the area, if you must go out at night, rent a car, take a taxi or a ride service like DiDi. If you can't sleep with noise, DONT rent a room with two double beds, or a double bed and a single bed! They are the bigger rooms in the hotel and they are all located next to Avenida El Dorado, Bogota's road with the most traffic 21/7 with only about 4 hours of quietness. The staff is some of the nicest people ive ever met, they deserve getting tipped, if you read reviews of them being rude, don't believe them at face value, we customers can be petty over little things and feel entitled to demand stuff from people in small countries that we shouldn't. If you ever read a review complaining about rudeness from staff, they most likely had it coming.

El hotel tiene un personal muy amable con muy buen servicio. El desayuno incluido es bueno. Lo unico malo es que el hotel queda ubicado en una avenida principal y se escucha mucho ruido en las habitaciones. Sugiero que coloquen ventanas anti ruido para mejorar esta parte.
