Terrible las condiciones de la piscina y jacuzzi. Tanto servicios y habitaciones de primera, así como las condiciones generales del inmueble están bien. Sin embargo, la limpieza y condiciones de la piscina son deplorables. Asimismo, no se respetaron los descuentos ofrecidos cuando se llegó al check-in.

Excellent service overall

I don't think it was good that the restaurant closed at 11pm and we couldn't get anything else. Also, the breakfast price was unnecessarily high. The cleanliness of the hotel and the attitude of the staff were very good.

This hotel is no frills but immaculately maintained. Cannot beat the location--easy to get around by foot anywhere. Friendly staff. The only thing we had wished was for the jacuzzi in the recreational room to be hotter but other than that zero complaints.

This is a good hotel for Mexico City. Nothing spectacular but nice, clean and comfortable.

Everything was fantastic, from the facilities and staff. Highly recommended!

bare essentials, front desk not very friendly, no fridge in room, free continental breakfast was not good, overall the location is good

The location is excellent. The hotel is very well manteined. The staff recognized us as frequent users and gave us a discount on meals. The offer the buffet breakfast for an extra cost, but also they gave us the continental breakfast included (bread and coffee) wich was enough for us. The room is very well designed because every service is separeted with its own door, so you don´t have to wait for the other person to leave the bathroom in order to use it. We had a drink at the bar, wich was "bogo". The gin&tonic was delicious.

We stayed on the suite room, was huge we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and living room, dinning room. Staff beyond expectations. Everything in this hotel is 5 🌟

Amazing staff and very clean hotel!! Everyone is soo nice!!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location and easy walking distance to good restaurants. WiFi signal was weak in the room and the pool and hot tub needs renovation (looked more like a murky pond).

It is OK

I have no complaints other than the breakfast option they let you choose on Expedia isn’t for the full breakfast. You have to pay extra if you want the food. What you pay for on Expedia only gets you drinks and pastries.
