Great place to stay when we are working in the area.

Excellent food & very helpful staff

My second stay here. The staff were as friendly as I remembered and the room was very clean. We arrived late, but still served freshly made food in the evening. Breakfast was nice and made to order. Room overall was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lighting was quite dim, but that's a personal matter as I do writing in the evening a bright lighting is easier on my eyes. I have work in the area for the next couple of years and look forward to staying many more times!

Really nice staff, good breakfast and price. Really cool, quiet location with unique pub. The place have seen a lot, you can see it and feel it. If you don't mind that you will love it :)

The welcome was friendly the accommodation dated but very clean and tidy and well maintained. The food and service was excellent and good value.

Lively room with delicious food in the restaurant

Have stayed numerous times over the past 11 years. We love the food, staff and welcoming feel. Rooms are a bit outdated but do the job and are clean etc

Everything was 1st Class. Service excellent and food of the highest standard possible. Very pleased with our stay.

I am reluctant to give too much credit, in case I can't get in in the future but it is only fair to give the honest critique - it was FAB ! The staff team were young, friendly and enthusiastic, keen to please; ably led by Ben. The room was GREAT and the breakfast was fullsome
